Best of the best! All I can say is this lovely lady not only is beautiful inside and out. Yadira loves her guests, treats them with caring hands. Many of her quests have been with her years. Even if it's an occasional treat to themselves. She is constantly upgrading her product lines, also features new treatments that work, maintaining your skin to be the best. read more

Where are my pores? Just had my first spa experience at Spa Yadira and it was wonderful from start to finish. Yadira and her staff put effort info making the atmosphere welcoming and soothing from aromatics to visuals and basically all my other senses. This was my first facial and I got the dermal infusion amongst other spa treatments that come with it, so I was pleasantly overwhelmed when I left feeling totally cleansed and exfoliated and didn't notice until I got in the car that I had to do a serious search in the mirror to find my pores! The changes in my skin since my consult with Yadira only a few weeks ago are amazing and inspire me to continue seeking her care, guidance and of course treatments, and I am excited to return. Would 10/10 recommend. read more

The moment you walk in you know you're about to get the most amazing treatment. The front waiting area has products all beautifully displayed with a cozy seating area, not that you ever get the chance to sit here because you're greeted by a smiling receptionist who promptly outfits you with soft robes and slippers and whisks you to the relaxation room.. refreshments, comfy chairs, music, the perfect lighting, and of course refreshments totally make it worth being a little early for your appointment.. THEN you're brought in for your service. The beds are super comfortable, the esthetician is amazing and so knowledgeable and the best part is after your pampering session your skin looks amazing and they don't shove products down your throat (oh and there's chocolate)! I've had many facials many places however I'll never bother going anywhere else. The products they use are great, the staff are all nice and know their products, and the facility itself is beautiful, clean, and calming. Highly recommend. Have sent my mother, aunt, grandmother, and friends all here. Everyone seems to have the same great experience. If I could give 6 stars I would. read more

Went to Spa Yadira this past week as so many of my friends have raved about their skin care services (especially the Medical Grade Dermal Infusion treatment) and wow! In love! I don't know where to even start! Walking in I immediately was blown away by how LOVELY the decor was throughout the spa! I was greeted by the most friendliest and polite receptionist. Since I had made an appointment, the receptionist knew my name, confirmed what I would be doing, and had a bag with a spa wardrobe inside (Talk about organized). As soon as I changed the receptionist directed me into the relaxation room which was pure bliss and soo relaxing!! I was then greeted by Yadira. She was very professional and explained what she would be doing and also the benefits of Dermal Infusion treatment. (since that is the treatment I received). When I was done I couldn't believe my eyes! My skin was super hydrated, plumpled and sooo soft! My skin still looks amazing today! I have to say Yadira is so kind and gentle... I absolutely loved her! For these reasons and many more is why I highly recommend Spa Yadira! If you haven't treated your self to pure luxury, then simply do it!! You will not regret it all all!! read more

I received a Gift Certificate to Spa Yadira, and I never imagine that Certificate would change my life~! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by the most kind-heart and sweet person by the name of Nancy. Nancy checked me in and gave me all the details I needed to settle in before my appoint for a spa facial. The check-in process was fast and easy; I received fresh towels, custom fit robes, and sandals, refreshing and Green Tea. Decor: Super Sheek and inviting, loved it. Felt like I was in heaven sitting in the waiting area. GREAT AMBIANCE! I booked the Caviar and Pearl Anti Aging facial and hands-down best facial by Yadira Alexander a true Master Skin Care Therapist. Yadira was very gentle and very thorough! Yadira adds small details to your experience that makes it all worth the visit, I never imagined getting a facial every 4-6 but after this experience, she has gained a customer for life. My face has NEVER felt so refreshed and renewed like it did that day, it has been over a week since my facial and my skin still feels so hydrated and fresh! My visit was very relaxing. The location itself is also very relaxing and calming. If you are looking for a great spa in Bristol, RI to have a massage or a facial do not hesitate to book an appointment. 5 STARS! THANK YOU for reviving my skin! read more

So unprofessional!!!! got a gift certificate and want just a nice spa day from the kids. The women I think she is manager that give me the service have a stiff face with to much makeup. I waited for over 25 mins seen and yes I count I have planned my time to home to my children she was harsh and pushed and try to sell me products and services that I know i did not need and zero interest I just want a relAx spa day If anyone needed natural skin it was her and her face look like botox! Not even worth your time for free and uncomfortable the whole time. read more

I absolutely adore it here! Yadira, the owner is such a sweetheart and so painstakingly precise at what she does. I had a Bryce pumpkin facial during my visit and it was NOTHING short of divine! I will definitely be back soon and can't wait to try more! read more

If you're looking for the best spa in the East Bay you've found it! Yadira is meticulous, knowledgeable, and she goes above and beyond for her clients...not to mention she's the sweetest person ever! I can't say enough good things about Spa Yadira! I have been going to see Yadira since I was a student at RWU in 2007. Almost 10 years later I still make the drive to see her every three months or so. Yadira is so talented at what she does. I still have not found anyone I trust more with my eyebrows. Her spa is also fabulous! The waiting room is so relaxing and decorated perfectly-I could live there. If you want to feel like a queen for a day, you must check out Spa Yadira. You will not be dissapointed! read more

Yadeira is the absolute best in the business, hands down. She loves everything about the business and it shows! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, happy & helpful. The space is beautiful, relaxing, peaceful & calming. Even when fully booked, I have never felt rushed. Yadeira is very thorough in her work. She asks questions to the bottom of what's causing the issue instead of selling you a quick concealer to cover it up. She truly cares! I had an appointment for a certain facial and on that day, Yadeira recommended a different facial (less expensive!) for what my skin needed at that time and explained why. After One visit I was amazed! I will never go anywhere else. So so so hard to find someone like her, especially in this business! read more

Came here today for my very first facial! They have an amazing, welcoming, staff, always asking if you need anything. Everyone was so courteous and made you feel right at home! The atmosphere in the waiting room and the treatment rooms is so relaxing and soothing, and with a complimentary warm neck wrap and hand towel I was relaxed before I even went back! Karly did my treatment and she was AWESOME, she gave me a bunch of tips and recommendations to keep my acne under control and a bunch of samples of one of the lines they carry for problem skin. The facial was probably the most relaxing experience I've ever had and my skin already feels so much better and cleaner. I will absolutely come back in the (hopefully near) future for another amazing treatment, Spa Yadira made my first spa experience a fantastic one! read more

I feel like there are so many great things to say that I don't even know where to start. Yadira and her staff are absolutely phenomenal!!! Super welcoming, kind, and make you feel at home. Right off the jump you're in the relaxation room and you feel like this is all about you (which it is)! Yadira is so knowledgeable and will give you the best experience and advice personalized to you. My absolute favorite service is the Dermal Infusion- my skin looks and feels amazing & I never wear face makeup anymore! If I could make every single person go to Yadira I would, 1000x over. 100/10 recommend. Love love love! read more

Spa Yadira is an oasis of peace from the moment you enter this gorgeous space and the owner, Yadira, is a skin care miracle worker. After having relocated to the area from Chicago, and spending (wasting) hundreds of dollar at high end spas, I was struggling with a variety of skin care challenges. I was embarrassed by the condition of my skin but upon meeting Yadira her warmth and kindness immediately put me at ease. She diagnosed, treated, and recommended routines and products which have repaired and renewed my skin. I have been a client for over 8 years now and would recommend her to anyone looking for a passionate skin care professional who has built a lovely and peaceful spa experience. read more

Got a collagen treatment and the results were ok. I have a led light mask, handheld microdermabrasion and peels Available online with instructions that offered better results. The bottle gives you 20+ treatments vs. paying for one treatment that'll run more. For advanced level of treatments see a dermatologist. I don't think spas are licensed or equipped to offer.l more than basic read more

My skin has been under the care of Yadira since i moved to Rhode Island almost 10 years ago, and this spa is the culmination of a dream, and of all the talent she possesses. This place is a gem, from the moment you walk in the door and are presented with your heated neck roll. Where do I start on praising the services? The facials are unbelievablly relaxing and thorough: heated table, massage, masks, steam, more massage...do I have to go home?. The waxing is always precise, and I know she's left me looking my best. It's my face, and I wouldn't trust it to anyone but Yadira read more

What an amazing experience from booking to the service!! Nancy was so thorough when I booked the appointment in describing all of the different types of treatments this spa offered. She was so patient will all of my questions and was so informative on the treatments I felt so confident booking. When arriving I was greeted by Danielle who was so accommodating offering a cold neck wrap and coconut water while I waited. Yadira walked out of the back room right in time for my appointment. No wait time at all! Which is so important for a working mom on the go! She was glowing!!! She was so friendly and sweet and made my appointment so relaxing. She is an EXPERT in her field to say the least!! She took the time to review what she was doing as she was doing it and the benefits of each! She literally hit every single spot on my face and neck with care. I had the derma planning to start and then the dermal infusion. My skin feels amazing!! She has her own personal touches through the service that really showed she loves what she does. At the end of the service she added a hydrating mask for my face and hands. Before leaving I was offered another coconut water and dry shampoo and a hair brush to use in case any of the products had gotten in my hair. I can't say enough about the team! Thank you and can't wait to return. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks ladies! read more

I heard many wonderful things about Spa Yadira from my friends. I decided to stop by and visit her new location. The receptionist Ali, treated me very rude. I guess she feels customers that walk in are not worth "her time". I had a few questions, but she was more concerned with texting and talking on the phone. Than answering me. I walked out.. read more
