Yadira and her staff put effort info making the atmosphere welcoming and soothing from aromatics to visuals and basically all my other senses. This was my first facial and I got the dermal infusion amongst other spa treatments that come with it, so I was pleasantly overwhelmed when I left feeling totally cleansed and exfoliated and didn't notice until I got in the car that I had to do a serious search in the mirror to find my pores! The changes in my skin since my consult with Yadira only a few weeks ago are amazing and inspire me to continue seeking her care, guidance and of course treatments, and I am excited to return. The prices are also very reasonable. I get my hair done by Diane, one of the owners, and she's fabulous! Always takes the time to listen and makes sure you leave happy. My only complaint with the massage room is that the salon chairs are right outside the door and you can hear what's going on outside a bit. Certainly not a deal breaker as the massage is still amazing, but it's not a perfectly peaceful fancy spa feeling either.

She also continued bleaching services after burning my hair off. I had to cut my hair very short to match my burnt hair, and to rid my hair of the excessive damage she'd caused. yes, bleaching is damaging in general, but as a professional stylist she should know how to bleach safely. I've been extremely insecure for months with this drastic change because of her. She's never owned up to it nor apologized. my new stylist was APPALLED at the damage my hair had.
