Massaje it's always a relaxing adventure. The enthusiasm of the masseuse is the key to a pleasant surprise. It went well today.

Beautiful privately owned salon in Conimicut village. All types of wellness offerings, but it is very difficult to find the place with a little tiny sign along a row of businesses. I've been a member for the past 18 months. I've been through four Massage Therapists. One left on her own. Another was fired. The 3rd mesa mez & this latest one, Tara absolutely fantastic! But I can't go here any longer because they are open with limited hours & could no longer accommodate my schedule. The Therapist was willing to work with me, but the Owner kabashed the idea. The icing on the cake. My last visit on 10/29. Either the Owner eaves dropped on my private conversation with the Therapist or they broke my trust & then the Owner, Colleen called me & then sent a follow up email & attacked my character. The call was regarding an appointment that the Owner requested I change in November. I then followed up with the Massage Therapist & was advised the salon would no longer be open on Wednesdays. I advised the Therapist I could no longer be a member if this was the case. We worked it out & I was actually going to stay as a member through the Winter & reconvene in March to see if things changed & my schedule could be accommodated again. Now please note. I travel a solid 30 minutes from East Providence once per month & I was extremely happy with Tara & her Professional service.. I also did some private work at the Owner's home & wanted to reciprocate business. Not only did the Owner, Colleen call me to advise me not to talk to the Therapist, but that I was unprofessional & had questionable billing practices in the private work I have done at her home the past 3 years. What?! She got caught in a lie or eaves dropping on my private conversation & came back with a full on attack when I called her out on it. What does my private work have to do with an appointment change follow-up? Now from what I understand from the both the Owner & Therapist. The Therapists cannot set their own schedules, set appointments or bill out any services. It all has to be done through the Owner. How inefficient! As I mentioned the place is clean & beautiful & stocked with all kinds of wellness modalities, but if you don't have the clientele or open for business regularly than that is a sign of a cash flow problem. She should be hustling facials & halo therapy & hot saunas like a mad woman instead of attacking her current clientele & losing even more business. Someone else mentioned the Owner had a 'screw loose" in a previous review. That bolt & screw flew right off! read more

Colleen is wonderful! Let me start by saying I never liked the idea of a facial. I don't like people touching my face. The experience that Colleen provides is contradictory to that statement. The establishment is beautiful, peaceful and serene. The services are amazing and make you want to rush back. She is kind and considerate and doesn't up sell you on any product. She listens and advices and best care practices! Her services, prices and atmosphere speak for themselves. You've got to check it out! read more

I brought my 17 yr old son for a facial with Colleen. Trying to clear up some acne, Colleen was great. She gave him some samples to use and set him up with a skin care routine. He wil be going back for another facial soon. read more

I've been going to Tranquil Touch in E Greenwich for facials and massage since I moved here to RI almost 3 years ago. I love the work that Colleen does. What a great addition to the neighborhood. Convenient for me and really anyone who's looking for excellent service. Scheduling an appointment was easy enough and I didn't have to wait. Colleen had availability the next day. The place itself is much bigger than it looks on the outside. It's welcoming, warm, and filled with decor that's chic rustic and embodies natural world. The room was comfortable and relaxing. I walked out of there and looked in the mirror and could see results immediately. Colleen's technique and product really made a difference. I recently had my sisters bachelorette party at tranquil touch. Colleen was an expert in helping me set up the day and our services couldn't have been better. We had a great day and I would recommend tranquil touch for any girls day you are looking to put together. The relaxation room was was the perfect place to hang out, cutely decorated and our robes and slippers brought an element of fun and comfort! Also our massages and facial service were top knot! I called 2 days ahead to cancel my appointment. they argued that I am not entitled to a refund and that they charged my cc. cancelation policy is 48 hrs. ahead , while I called over 48 hours. still she wanted to charge me $25.oo for cancelation notice!!! I said , listen I am calling way over 48 hours ahead. she said fine and hang up the phone on me ??? Rude. it looks like they want to grab your money .... never again read more

This woman has rescheduled me several times, yes it was snowy but not that bad on the days I was scheduled. She would call a few days ahead and tell me it was going to snow(she is a part time weather forecaster) and tell me I should reschedule. Today is 3/13/15 and I was in the shower at 9 pm and she called demanding I give her my groupon number. I explained to her I was showering and she told me she would have to cancel my appt. If I didn't give it to her right then. I asked if I could call her back with it and she said just get your money back from groupon and hung up. VERY unprofessional. I have been going to Colleen for a few months now and my skin has dramatically improved ! I had larger pores with clogging and I can say my pores are much smaller clogging is minimal since I started having regular facials. I usually have microdermabrasion with peel and I love it. Colleen will make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your treatment. I love the fact that she only uses organic products and have switched to all organic face products. Highly recommended anyone looking for a great facial to go check it out you won't be disappointed . Just returned from a facial with Colleen and it was so wonderful I had to write a review right away. Her location is on Main St. with parking right behind the building. Upon entering the salon you are immediately taken with the decorating and feel relaxed. Of all the places I have visited for facials, this is definitely my favorite....including a very upscale spa in New Mexico. It is a small beautiful boutique salon that you will feel catered to and pampered. I decided I need to treat my skin to a regular routine of this regimen.
