The Doc listens to your concerns and develops a plan. After really a thorough battery of test another consultation, the plan is explained in detail. I am now down 89 pounds. I am no longer on blood pressure medicine and my a1c numbers have dropped significantly. I feel stronger and have a lot more energy. I go to IM as a supplement to my family physician as cookie cutter medicine did not have the answers I needed. My primary care physician was impressed with the testing that Dr. Petteruti performed and really impressed with the results. So much so that I only need to see her once a year. One issue I had that IM's testing showed was a high level of heavy metals. As my career was spent in manufacturing, that is not surprising. The chelation IV drips are addressing that issue. Again, my primary care doc is all on board with Dr. Petteruti's treatments. Big box medicine addresses symptoms in a wack -a- mole methodology. Dr. Petteruti addresses the root cause to help you be heathy.

I was referred to Stephanie Costa, FNP by a close friend who had recently seen her for Botox &…read moreraved about her results. I had been a 'Botox vagrant' for about a year after my longtime provider left RI. I tried other providers who were delivering poor results and/or had (borderline) predatory pricing. Online booking was very simple & straightforward, which I prefer to calling in for an appointment. I arrived at the office first thing the morning of my appointment & found it to be clean, discreet & well appointed. Upon my initial consultation, Stephanie listened carefully & thoughtfully to my concerns & proposed a multi step treatment plan to accomplish my goals while remaining sensitive to the costs involved, too. At this initial consultation I happened to mention some unrelated symptoms I had been dealing with. Stephanie suggested I get my hormone levels checked because my symptoms were indicative of a hormonal imbalance. Stephanie was willing to write the order to have the requisite labs drawn, something neither my PCP or GYN had been willing to do to date. My symptoms had gone largely dismissed by my healthcare team for several years, which was incredibly frustrating. Sure enough, when the results came back, I was depleted in necessary hormones that correlated with the symptoms I was experiencing. Stephanie discussed BHRT therapy with me & I elected to begin treatment last month. Thanks to Stephanie's compassion & timely diagnosis I am looking & feeling better than I have in several years. Agape has earned my loyalty & trust 10X over. I've had the Pico laser, Botox & Sottopelle therapy thus far. I have booked an appointment for Yag laser with Brianna this upcoming week in Warwick. I cannot overstate how thankful I am to have found a competent & capable medi-spa that truly listens to their patients, while delivering the highest quality care. Thank you Agape!

There are three medical estheticians that work out of the office. They each have their own room and…read moredo a variety of procedures so be sure to review their individual websites for services offered, pricing, and scheduling. This particular review is for FLESH by Cassandra Lee who was the clinician I worked with. I had very thin, comma shaped eyebrows like many people who grew up in the early 2000's. As a result, I would spend time each day penciling them into a new shape and then use a brush and eyebrow product to fill them in so they looked fuller and more square. After years of considering microblading as a more permanent option, watching dozens of videos online, and following Cassandra Lee on social media, I finally decided to treat myself to the procedure. Microblading isn't the most comfortable process in the world and it requires regular touch-ups in order to maintain the desired look so be sure that you're willing to make that commitment before scheduling the procedure. The pain is manageable and the esthetician does use a numbing gel throughout the process since it can take several "passes" to get the desired shape and color. I'm very happy with how my eyebrows look and with my decision to get this procedure done. I've included some before, during, and after photos that show the various steps in the process.

I have a small neck tattoo I wanted removed so I found them on yelp and gave them a shot. Here's a little of what you can expect-The first visit is a 10 minute long consult where they make sure they are able to remove it. ( some tattoos are unremovable due to certain shades of ink). After that your next visit will be the first laser treatment. Note: They also prescribe you a numbing cream- which I highly highly recommended using. Karen who is the laser specialist is wonderful, very personable and lovely. She will always make sure you are ready and comfortable before starting. You will arrive in a large room with a huge comfy chair, she will set you up with glasses and then it's go time. The laser treatment last as long as how big your tattoo is- so it varies. My laser treatment last all together 10 min tops because my tattoo is small. Each visit Karen will increase the laser strength so be prepared for it to sting harder each time (use that numbing cream)! My tattoo is almost gone and I had 7 treatments so far. Two tips that I find really helpful- 1) be patient for results, all tattoos are different and it really depends on how the artist applied the ink- if they apply with a heavy hand, then the ink is deeper and harder to remove. The required time to wait in between sessions is 8 weeks so be prepared to invest in a lengthy process! 2) it hurts real bad- way worse than getting the tattoo, so use the damn cream!
