I bought a groupon for one facial with microderm abrasian for $50.00 - it was a good deal and I…read moretook a risk as I could not find any reviews online or knew of anyone who had gone there. I had some difficulty scheduling the appointment. The first time I called, I received a voicemail that would no longer accept any more messages because it was full (but sense there was a groupon sale I was able to overlook that at the time). After finally reaching Debbie (the esthetician) I scheduled an appointment on my only day off because I did not know how my skin would react and did not want to have to go to work later. I arrived about 5 minutes prior to my appointment as I was unsure where it was located and wanted to leave myself some time. The building was not labeled with ANY sign that said Bella Piel or Debbie Cunah. I wandered into the building in hopes I could figure it out or ask someone. I did figure it out when I saw signs that advertised dermologica products. I patiently sat in the waiting area thinking she could be finishing up with a client, but some time went by so I tried knocking on the door that looked like to be the room services would be provided in. I also tried looking behind a window that was covered with a curtain, but blinds were drawn shut. I waited another 15 minutes in hopes that she was possibly running late and that things do come up. Finally, a woman walked into the building and I asked if she was Debbie, but she was just someone else that worked in the same building. She asked me "have you been waiting long?" and I told her about 15 minutes, she then continued to say "She does this all the time. People are always knocking on my office, asking for paper to leave her a note. I can give you some paper if you want to leave a note." which I did not do. The woman then stated "she is really nice, I don't know why she does this". I contacted Debbie, the esthetician and she returned my call and left a voicemail. She did not apologize and said I was scheduled for 10am the next day, then stumbled on her words and said, no 12. She then later sent me a text message that reads " I havw you in tomorro at 12. Does that still work?" I did not respond. 13 minutes later I get a second text from her that says "Yess doll tomorro at 1. See u then". I will be asking groupon to reimburse me. Maybe she is a nice woman, but this is no way to run a business. Not only does this lady need to show up for her appointments but she really needs to learn how to spell tomorrow, not "tomorro".
