This was my first time at Evolve and booked a facial with Kim. As I spoke to her, I learned that she has over 20 years of experience as a licensed aesthetician, which was seen in the quality of service. I recently had a breakout due to the heat wave and Kim took such great care of my skin. The extractions that she did were done with care and with minimal pain. She was also able to get the pores that were under my chin, which no aesthetician was able to really treat before. I really loved the enzyme peel that they did as well and the derma planing really left my skin feeling smooth after treatment. I love having the $99 membership, which I can use toward a 1 hour treatment once a month; it also includes a quarterly upgrade and a birthday month upgrade, as well as free samples! Besides loving the membership and Heather, the treatment rooms are very calming and the space is nicely decorated, which I appreciate. Don't bother coming here. As you can see I wrote a review about 6 months ago regarding my appointment being canceled last minute and despite that experience I came back and my appointment was canceled for later this afternoon. That's THREE last minute cancellations over the past year. Not once did Evolve offer me a discount on a future service for the inconvenience, a complimentary add on, absolutely nothing but a "yeah sorry". It's pretty obvious they could care less if I came back or not. It's a shame cause I enjoyed coming here but there are plenty of other spas that will actually value you as a customer read more

I had a massage with Roger today. He was extremely professional and did a thorough intake with me before my massage. I explained to him that I recently sustained an injury to my arm and was hoping massage therapy could help, and it did! Roger gave me a full body massage, but also did a lot of focus work on my right arm and I could feel a difference the minute I got off his table. He even recommended some stretches I can do at home to help my injury. I already rebooked with him for an appointment in a few weeks. I got a 30 minute express facial with Heather and I didn't want it to end! The products smell great, the massage table is heated, and there's a seating area you can relax in before and after your treatment. The only issue is there is no soundproofing, my treatment room shared a wall with the bathroom and it was noticeable. I was introduced to this place by a friend who gave me a gift certificate. Definitely a good friend. The ground floor is a nice shop with organic and interesting facial and bath products. Upstairs are the suites for massage and facial type services. All and all it's well run, although the checkout times can be interminable (averaging 10 minutes!) but everyone is so sweet and you can browse the cool stuff while waiting. I go regularly for mini facials and dermaplane (note for makeup free gals like me it's essential). With the monthly membership it's enough below other local places I've become a regular.
