I had an incredible & very thorough hydrafacial & experience overall! The front office lady was super nice & efficient. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was called back. Emily, my esthetician, was not only clearly VERY good at her job, she was so kind & nice to chat with. I'm absolutely leaving my old med spa of 5+ years & switching to Dr. Pierre's office. There's no question in my mind! I'm also planning on bringing my pre-teen daughter in for a light facial. Highly, highly recommend!

I chose to take the membership for a year and we'll see how it goes! $80 is less than I usually pay for a 60 minute massage. Some have commented on the tipping policy. I never tip more than I feel the service is worth, but usually 20%. That's $16. Still less than a massage elsewhere. Looking forward to seeing how this goes.

Terrible Experience - Billing Issues and Poor Professionalism…read more After canceling my membership, Massage Envy East Greenwich still charged my credit card without authorization. After a lengthy and frustrating back-and-forth, they finally agreed to refund the fees that had already been paid. However, one month later, I discovered that two payments were still missing. Once again, it took repeated communication to get those resolved. No apology was ever offered - just a very concerning lack of accountability. In addition, I had booked a 60-minute massage with Karen in 2023. The next time I saw her for another 60-minute session, she told me not to book her again unless I scheduled 90 minutes and said she expected a tip of over 30%. That kind of pressure and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. There are definitely better, more honest, and more professional massage places out there. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
