I've had several procedures performed by him and removal of three pre cancerous lesions on my face...he and his staff and the Medical Students have been nothing but professional, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The physicians are easily reached through the Healow App and they respond within a few hours. The only downside is Lifespan's phone answering system when there is an emergency and one can't make an appointment at the last minute...like when I had a pipe burst in our basement and had the plumber here and I was going to be either quite late for my appointment or not make it at all... it takes forever to get through and then you must leave a message and they never call back..but this is not a Brown Dermatology issue, it's a Lifespan problem which should be addressed.
