Both have been nice but I just feel that I am rushed during all these appointments. Colloquially people joke about the 5-10 minute doctor visits and I feel that way when I go to Skin Pros. Maybe that's the way it is at all dermatology offices.... The front office staff is average, I feel like a number when I check in, not as a human being, but again, they see many many people a day and that can make the receptionists, a bit curt.
