Last week I had a Rezenerate Nano Infusion Facial, which was amazing. I can still see the results. (Forehead wrinkles? What forehead wrinkles?) Paige is FABULOUS! She is a skilled esthetician and great listener who carefully customizes her work to her clients' needs. She put me immediately at ease, and visiting Simply Skin for me is like spending time with a best friend . . . with great skin care results! I cannot express what a talented, knowledgeable and warm-hearted person Paige is. Paige stays current in her field with continuing education classes. As another reviewer mentioned, Simply Skin is a busy place, and one must make an appointment well in advance. Paige has built up a significant following due to her fantastic work. However, Paige uses a user-friendly online booking system, so making an appointment is easy. Now that Paige has helped me create a skin care routine, I book a series of lash tints months in advance. No one closely looked at my face or scars when I came in for the consult. One person looked at my face without any type of magnifier, just across the desk from where i shelled out 2,400 bucks because I was told the treatment works for scars. I will post my complaint nand pictures to as many media outlets possible to save others from the same predicament and to tell how SkinMD remedies this if at all. I'm sure the Neogen Plasma works, but no one should be sold something that has no value to them. Finally, The procedure was painful. The gel used supposedly has anesthetic/ numbing properties, yet it was less than 10 seconds between applying it and hitting my skin with the treatment wand. Maybe because it was Friday at 5pm and the technician was in a hurry to get done for the week that the few seconds to let me numb up a bit were not spared? My eyelashes got singed along with some of my hairline, red raw skin spots resulted and remained raw for 4 weeks after treatment.. Evidently these areas were done "extra" ; around my scars and in random areas that seem more like errors in the procedure than purposeful. The raw skin I don't think healed better with the 100 dollar plus after treatment cream they insisted worked wonders. I hope to get a refund at the least. I will post what happens at my follow up.... .

(The painkillers and tranquilizers also helped a lot :). It's been about 5 weeks and I had a follow-up visit the other day; all is healing well. The only think I think could have improved my experience is better information and details about the healing process and after-care. I wasn't aware that it can take up to 6 months for full healing, which I learned on my own through research at at y follow-up visit. I've also learned more on my own about the vital importance of the compression garment. They mentioned it briefly, but more in-depth details would have been good. I would also have liked a compression garment that fitted me better; I had to alter the one they provided because the shoulder straps were too short and not adjustable. I've purchased another garment to use, and also plan to get a lymphatic massage to aid in scar tissue smoothing and fluid removal. I suggest that SkinMD provide a brochure with detailed after-care information and healing time, and links to reputable websites and videos about healing and self-care. But overall I'm happy with my results - no regrets! - the price was reasonable and everyone has been professional and friendly. Thank you -

Yadira and her staff put effort info making the atmosphere welcoming and soothing from aromatics to visuals and basically all my other senses. This was my first facial and I got the dermal infusion amongst other spa treatments that come with it, so I was pleasantly overwhelmed when I left feeling totally cleansed and exfoliated and didn't notice until I got in the car that I had to do a serious search in the mirror to find my pores! The changes in my skin since my consult with Yadira only a few weeks ago are amazing and inspire me to continue seeking her care, guidance and of course treatments, and I am excited to return. New Years Eve 2014. 9 sessions later, and not only has she done a terrific job with zapping out most of my facial hair (i started very hairy, srsly), but she's really someone I'd be proud to call a friend. She's just so charming and funny. She creates an amazingly relaxing scene, causing for a much less painful and stressful experience. And, in my case, she was so, so helpful and reassuring when I needed to disclose a piece of rather personal info to her before moving forward. Total pro about it. Total cool chick. She's now located inside Primary Walk-In center on Warren Ave in East Providence. Very convenient from 195 and plenty of parking. The front desk staff is equally cool and welcoming, and even a comfy waiting area with TV and a view out to the street. Scenic enough ;) Ultimately the results have been better than I ever hoped for. I will have at least a few more sessions on my face with her, but by now it's mostly finishing up a process I thought would take years. You'll know exactly what to expect because she explains everything in such human terms. The pain of the laser isn't so bad (she's got those squishy stress balls, yeah they help), she's quick, makes sure you're lotioned up to ease the soreness afterwards (at least for face treatments), and makes paying and scheduling effortless. And always timely with appointment times and reliable. I will absolutely make her my first choice if/when I need other body areas lasered. I totally trust her. Would laser with her again. 10/10.

Years later Diane now co-owner Salon DI'Lor, and I have been going to her past 3 years and found the exact same thing. Every appt she would ask "So How are you wearing your hair? SHE CRS! I was like a broken record Layered Bob. Because of allergies I could only have same perm every time. Did she try using another with out telling me, YES. Because she said could not obtain, but yet I would remind her 2 weeks in advance to get it. One burned my neck , she got scared and had the nerve to scold me that if my hair was damaged she would NEVER give me another perm. We all have off days at work, and I'm very easing going but told her NOT to ACT THAT WAY. I have come in early if she requested as always told her I'm very flexible, and even were friends, shared a lot, BUT MAYBE I SHARED TOO MUCH! Last week I had an 11am appt, and she asked if I could come at 10:30 to START ME EARLY. Now I know she can work on 2 customers at the same time, so she put my color on my hair at 10:30 and already had another woman having a color in seat which should have been mine, but that's ok. My color normally stays on 1/2 hour, she saw me look at my watch and said: I'm leaving on for an hour. " Longer is better" Said to myself who the hell is she kidding, SHe's running behind with other woman. I get on my phone to notify my sister I would not be meeting her at 12. That's the time I should have been out of there. She finished that other womens color and cut, and then rinsed my color out at 12. Which was now on my head 1 1/2 hours. When she sat me in chair to cut, she asked me 3x when was my last cut. I said DIane, why would you have me come in earlier if you were going to do that customer in MY SLOT! Now I have to text my sister again. SHe raised her voice so that everyone could hear and said, Why did you not tell her when you were sitting there playing with your phone! I snapped at her and said I did , and that was a half hour ago and DON"T YOU YELL AT ME IN Front of other customers! SHE AGAIN ASKED ME HOW MANY WEEKS WAS LAST CUT. I said 5 weeks, and just take an inch off all over. I could NOT wait to get the hell out of there. She then threw a personal insult to me how I carry others BURDENS in life! I replied with Diane, If I didn't like you so much, I would not come back. She replied, Well that's your choice! I played her game, and even gave her a nice tip as I always do, and left. I said to her, NOW DIANE is going to get a taste of her own Medicine. I went to where she was doing another client AND SAID DIANE, CANCEL all MY FUTURE APPTS BECAUSE I DON'T NEED TO TAKE YOUR $%^& TO SPEND MY MONEY! She threw a comment like Have a Nice day! Now I know in life we all have issues, personal problems etc. BUT SHE WAS IN A PISSY MOOD THE MOMENT I ARRIVED! I don't like sneaks, and liars in life, and she has deceived me many times on changing perm without telling mt first. We all have crap going on in our lives whether it be personal, financial, health related etc. BUT YOU NEVER BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU and that is JUST WHAT SHE DID! And my color did not take in front, and she cut off my remaining perm! From there, I went to another Salon, and they are going to perm and trim in 4 weeks. I would NOT and DID NOT tell new Salon who was my former stylist, as I did NOT want to hurt Diane, even though she had NO PROBLEM HURTING ME! THAT IS NOT WHO I AM!
