When I had my nails done regularly which was pre-pandemic I went to the salon. I kind of forgot about it after the pandemic and re-discovered it recently. I love the people there and the fact that it's clean. The bathroom is very clean. I have walked in without an appointment and been served within 10 minutes. I really should make an appointment but I forget. This time I went with my aunt and my cousin and two of my granddaughters. They were very accommodating although I had called ahead. They fit us in right away and did a beautiful job on our nails. We even got a little discount for the little ones. Nice place and they do a good job. read more

Had acrylics removed 2 days ago by Rosemary because my natural nails were long enough. Two days later and I am still in pain. Rosemary was the only one in the salon on Friday so she was very rushed Instead of soaking my nails to remove the acrylics, Rosemary pried them off, causing me pain and ruining my own nails! I even told her it really hurt. She apologized and kept going. I'm did some research and found that it is never OK to pry off artificial nails. Beware. read more

I have been to 50 or so nail salons in my life. Perfect nails is just that PERFECT! I am overly critical of the hygiene of most asian salons. I have been to salons who should be shut down. I have seen nightmares and have had many infections, green fungus and mold from other salons. I give this salon, Perfect Nails an 11. Everything is immaculate. Each table is clean and not covered with powder. Pedicure stations are immaculate. All the utensils come out of the sterilizer for each use. Waxing room is private and also immaculate. I would never go any where else. Rosemary does my nails and pedicures. I suggest calling first because these people do such an amazing job that they are always busy. Called ahead for a pedicure yesterday and got the best pedicure of my life! I got the deluxe pedi for $10 more. It had a hot stone massage and sea scrubs. She really massaged my legs and feet well, I was almost falling asleep because it was so relaxing. They do try to upsell, but it's their job to. I would not recommend this place! I was misled by the reviews and I hope this skews them. I waited 45 minutes after booking an appointment and they kept telling me soon and then they Questioned me wanting to get my nails done before my feet. The nail Tech did not help with color combination and she did not paint the full nail so it looks lifted.... my big toe has an air bubble plus the work done is something i could have done at home. I came here after Kai Salon was a 45 minute wait time and I'm glad I did! Visited Perfect Nails for the first time yesterday. I'm new to the Cranston area and was looking for a local salon. After reading the many positive reviews below I decided to check them out. I'll admit I was a bit hesitant as I pulled into the strip mall the salon was located, but upon entering and being greeted by the friendly staff I was instantly at ease. Tina and Andy worked on mine, and a girlfriend's nails, and we were both extremely satisfied. They were conversational and checked for satisfaction through out the entire experience. Came in last minute and after a 10 minute wait I had a wonderful pedicure and manicure. Not only was it done skillfully but I was asked if I was happy every step of the way. I'm so sad. I've been coming to this salon for several months now and I'm so surprised and mad with this situation. I went with my daughter for a full set of gel and a refill of gel. The bill... $74 without tip which was $10 each. The refill was $18 and the full set $38 as is stated on the board. When my daughter asked about it she was told the charge for the shape of the nail we choose which was coffin shape and stilleto but still... how does that add up?? You can't just do stuff and not letting client know the extra fee... how much for the shapes? How much for the hand cream and massage? That was what I really needed to know which was not answered. All this time I thought my search for a good nail tech was over but I think I'm not done. This is bs. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'm sorry guys but I do love my money and because I'm a pretty good tipper doesn't mean I'm giving my money away. They might be nice but that's not everything a client looks for. read more

I've visited 4 other nail salons in the past 2 months in search of the perfect one within 15 mins of my house. This one is it! I can stop searching! Everyone inside was very friendly and they were working fast and efficiently as possible for a Saturday. Tiffany did a full set of acrylics on my nails after I got so fed up with the last place and popped them off cause they were so poorly done. She was so meticulous and definitely a perfectionist. She is the first nail technician in 10years that has ever said anything about my nails growing upwards when they grow out which to me is insane that not one other nail tech has ever said anything about it. and took extra care to sculpt the acrylic downwards for this reason. She took care of me very well and helped me pick a fun color and accent nail color and design. She made sure I like everything before continuing (shape, length, color and design. She was talkative when I initiated conversation and was quiet when I didn't want to talk. Also they did speak a little Vietnamese to each other but it was very seldom and it was regarding the phone and questions to each other, it was not gossip like other salons I've been in where you can most certainly tell they are talking about other people. Very professional. Tiffany was quick but definitely not super fast and I was so happy about that because she made sure she had no errors and her work was very impressive. She told me when I left I would have beautiful nails and she was 100 percent right. I was so excited to finally find the perfect place! read more

Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure on 8/9. Pedicure was just okay. However my gel manicure was a terrible job got them done on a Thursday and by Saturday it was peeling. It didn't even last a full week. Very disappointed because they are very nice but their work quality is poor. read more

I was hesitant going in but I did and I will not be going back. Went in for manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was very rushed and after I asked for scrapping of dry skin, it still was not done. Manicure did come out good but once again very rushed and they do not like to use their products. I also found the place to be dirty. I have had better and paid the same!
