The salon doesn't seem clean. After using instruments on me, they were hand washed in the sink, and put back on the tray with no sanitation. That totally grossed me out. How many feet had those instruments worked on before mine? I won't go back. It's like an infection waiting to happen. read more

my service was terrible today. the guy who did my nails was so rude and when i noticed one of my nails he did was crooked u asked if he can just redo that one nail cause HELLO??? Im paying for my nails to look a certain way and it wasn't like i asked rudely or anything but when i asked he gave me total attitude the rest of the time being. He was more focused on rushing me out to play lottery tickets with the lady who was doing my sisters nails next to him. like no literally. like i seen him pull it out of his desk thingy to show her in the MIDDLE of doing my nails and she got excited and he said after they are done they'll do it. Overall just terrible service and i still left with a crooked ass nail cause he was being petty the whole time after the fact. I will say my nails came out nice but the pedicure was awful. It was the quickest pedicure I've ever experienced, I felt very rushed. When the tech used the foot file on my heels, my feet had barely soaked and he didn't apply any kind of gel so my feet were still dry when he started buffing away. It felt extremely uncomfortable, nothing like I have ever felt before and I'm used to the file on my heels at other salons (where they apply some kind of solution and my feet have soaked for awhile). I went for a pedicure and felt extremely rushed. Especially when a group of four walked in, it was like ok done. My cuticles are all cut up on my big toe. Also I feel cleanliness needs work. People go for a pedicure to take care of their feet, not to have to worry about infections later on. I must have been told like five times how dry my heels were.... I decided to come here to get my nails done, in a coffin style white and nude ombré for a natural look. They were pretty but a little uneven. I also thought they were a little overpriced. 70$ is kind of a lot. I don't mind paying that much, but I didn't think they were worth it. Anyways I ended up liking how they looked... until it was time to get them off. They.would.not.come.off. They were so gooey, and such a mess! I started questioning if they used mma on me. (Illegal) it took me over 45 min of soaking them in acetone and then scraping them and then pricking off my nail. One of them ripped off half my actual nail!! It was so much of a pain in the ass that I will not get my nails done like this anymore. I'm sorry but I don't ever remember having this issue before when getting my nails done. read more

I think the people are really friendly here. I have been here once before and decided to bring my mother along this time because my first experience went pretty well. Yesterday my mother and I were finally able to do a mother daughter day since I didn't have to work. I only got a spa pedicure which felt amazing with the wax, never had that one before. The lady I had asked if I wanted her to get rid of the hang nail on my big toe so I said yes. My left foot big toe was sensitive and I was unable to get to it myself. I was surprised when she did both sides of my left and right big toe. I didn't know i had so many. It hurt like hell, but i felt relief so i was happy about it. That was until I got home later that day and was getting into bed when i noticed. My right foot big toe had a chunk of my nail gone. read more

I really wanted to like this place with the close proximity to my home. I spent 65$ for a pedicure and regular gel manicure with no "special treatments" ie moisturizer, hot towel, clean tools... for 65$ I'd rather go elsewhere. This price did not include the tip. I also didn't like that my manicurist was on her phone the majority of the time and when she wasn't she stopped doing my nails because she was caught up in the tv show. They went above and beyond to make us feel special, getting us champagne and a cheese plate and fruit and veggies to munch on as we got our pedis done. I went yesterday and saw Gwen. She was really nice. I wanted to remove my acrylics and get a pedi/mani. It was the quickest pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. Couldn't have taken longer than 20 minutes from start to finish. The chairs are comfortable. They do use plastic liners and seem sanitary so that was an A+ in my book. But if you want to feel pampered, this place isn't good. I wasn't offered other spa options and I had gone out with the mindset to pamper myself. I got rhinestones on my hands and most fell off within a few hours. There was no massage, no cuticle oil. I got a mild sunburn from their UV/LED lamp. Everyone was on their phone and my nail tech would pause often to text. I did get acrylic nails removed and Gwen was gentle and it didn't hurt at all. I went back today to get the rhinestones fixed and asked for more stones to help hold them in place. They agreed that the rhinestones were too big for my nails and that not enough gel glue was used. After getting more rhinestones and paying more, one of the stones broke off...during the drive home. The other girl that redid my rhinestones was very nice and she never went on her phone. Everyone was nice, they did try to accommodate me, but they weren't the best. I'd like to have all my nails painted evenly, rhinestones to stay on for more than a few hours, and not crisp my hands like they're KFC chicken. If you're in a rush and don't want designs or rhinestones, this place is a great option. Make sure you bring sunblock and your own lotion/cuticle oil. read more

On Friday I noticed that the gel was already starting to pull away from my nails and had started chipping. The girl that did them put too much polish or top coat on them because they were really thick at the ends and peeled right away.
