First time here, got a young gentleman for a basic pedicure. Very strange experience... zero customer service. At one point he completely stopped the pedicure and looking away very annoyed when I wasn't reading his mind on what he expected me to do with my feet. I asked if the polish would darken after the 2nd coat (it was too light), he didn't even answer but pushed back in his chair annoyed again and told me to go pick another color. I just didn't appreciate the rushed vibe and the way he tapped on me the entire time (I understand the tapping, but his taps were rude) Very disappointed with how my toenails all look uneven and the paint job doesn't even cover the entire nail. There's still dead skin around my cuticles that wasn't cut.

A nail salon interior features a white wall with multiple rows of nail polish bottles arranged by color. The ceiling has recessed lighting and track lights. To the left, a large green plant is visible, and on the right, a small bouquet of pink tulips is placed on a surface. The space appears clean and well-organized, with natural light coming through a window with white curtains.

I have already left a 5-star review for this nail salon before, but I came back the other day and was disappointed. My nail technician didn't file all of my nails straight, and there was polish underneath most of my nails that wasn't cleaned up. Some of my nails are completely uneven. :( And, my polish started to come off the next day. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but I left disappointed because this wasn't the experience I had last time. I am still waiting on a response from the owner via FB Messenger to see if there is anything that they can do to remedy the situation. I sure hope so, because I wouldn't want this to be my last time at this nail salon.

YaYa gave me the most wonderful nails! It really cheered me up since the last set I got from a different salon were pretty disappointing (had globs of hard gel sticking up and they didn't even trim or file my nails so all of my nails were uneven!), and I paid almost triple what I did at Encore. The quality and communication was great, and I enjoyed how quiet and clean the salon was. An overall great experience, and I plan on coming again when I want to treat myself!

Menu/price list - A spa pedicure menu features three main treatment options: Encore Honey Pedicure, Deluxe Spa Pedicure, and Luxury Spa Pedicure, each with detailed descriptions and prices. The menu includes images of the treatments, such as a honey drink, green tea, lemon, and other spa-related items. The menu lists services like exfoliation, massage, callus removal, and hot stone therapy, with prices ranging from 49 to 69. Additional descriptions highlight the benefits of each treatment, including relaxation, skin nourishment, and rejuvenation.

Great vibe and decor! Very clean and professional. I had a nice experience and will definitely be back soon.

A person wearing a face mask, black cap, and blue hoodie is seated at a desk in a nail salon, looking at their smartphone. The salon has white chairs, a decorated Christmas tree with red ornaments, and a white wall with the sign 'ENCORE NAILS'. There are shelves with various items, a large TV screen displaying 'HGTV', and decorative elements including framed pictures and a vase with yellow flowers.

Immediately the energy is bright and clean.. great music, HGTV on mute.... Lots of colors to choose from. Examples of unique shapes and styles available. Large menu of pedicure options. Very friendly manager.. offers water, bubble tea or green tea during your service. I came specifically for a pedicure this time: my sister got a gel mani. I opted for one level up on the pedi to have the 15min massage- glorious! Close your eyes and enjoy!! Didn't feel rushed where sometimes I've felt other places. Phone holders at each mani station! Good touch This is being relatively picky but my pedicurist didn't touch my cuticles, check for ingrown or the like. Disappointed on that. Thoroughness Key. I'll be back. Good spot!

ENCORE NAILS - Nail polish bottles are arranged on a white wall in a nail salon, forming a pattern with multiple rows of various colors. A white dresser with drawers is positioned below the display, holding additional bottles and brochures. A glass vase with pink tulips is on the dresser. To the left, a large potted plant is visible, and to the right, a magazine rack with nail-related publications. The space has a ceiling with recessed lighting and a light-colored wooden floor with a decorative rug featuring a floral pattern.

The owner told me otherwise to cover up tracks when I brought my concerns to her. I was also told about the regular adjustments after the fact. Still no big deal, IF they actually lasted. I'd gladly pay extra to keep feeling confident and looking pretty. I have had short hair for a decade so this was actually something I was incredibly excited about. I almost cried when they were first installed. The verbal promises sounded too good to be true and I should've listened to my gut. Instead, I went ahead and spent $1215 on the whole process of color, hair extensions and application. This is where things went sour..... Within one week, pieces were already poking out and detached. I had to return to get them fixed not even a whole week later. The stylist sewed them on more to further reinforce them (?). I wasn't super concerned seeing as how I get that things happen. I moved on my merry way, tipped $50 just for the help and things were good. Not even a week later, things were even WORSE. Tracks were sagging left and right and my stylist wasn't available until the following week. So I was stuck hiding out at home until they got taken care of. I have a literal loop of track hanging on the back of my head making the length so uneven it's embarrassing. This was after only 6 days of getting them "fixed." My income is directly tied to my appearance so this was a huge hit on my sales. I haven't even been able to work because my hair is a hot mess. It's uneven, you can see edges poking out everywhere and it's worse than a bad wig. I contacted the owner who acted like it's no big deal cause I can get a refund on installment (not even half the cost I paid) and my stylist went from "oh we can give it one more shot. I have some tricks I can try. " to "I'm just going to remove them. But you can keep the hair." I asked again if there are any other methods or techniques and was pretty much given a big fat "no." After a second discussion with the owner, I'm told that the hairdresser never said that even though I have text evidence that she said she was will remove them since she can't guarantee they will last." Oh and she said they're "non refundable." Another lie. She never told me anything was "non refundable." She even had the nerve to say that maybe hair extensions aren't for me. The salon owner keeps saying how I can reuse the hair and should be okay with getting an installment fee back. But I did not pay for custom dyed extensions for them to sit in a drawer. Returning to get them fixed even every 3 weeks would've been fine with me IF they were properly installed. It's not even the money that I am concerned about. It's the principle and white lies or failure to provide proper information. I even followed proper care to a T. When your extensions are so bad you have to wear a hat or hood because you're too embarrassed to be seen in public, there is a BIG problem. I've had to avoid both working (in turn losing ALOT of money) and family/friendly events. Now I lost even more money off this process from faulty services. You not being able to get a refund for hair is not my problem. I paid in good faith assuming that I would get extensions that lasted. Not completely detached and hang off of my head two weeks in. They will lie, sugar coat and take your money saying how it's "unfortunate" that the extensions didn't work out. They'll say one thing to each other (apparently) and tell you totally different. The owner says "she'll fix them as many times as she can." Yet I was told that she'll just remove them cause she can't guarantee they'll last. I am pretty sure that is something you tell you customer BEFORE you take their money. I offered to even provide screenshots as proof that my stylist told me otherwise and the owner said that's not the case. That I must be "misunderstanding." I literally have proof. ‍ They offered to return the "installation fee" but the installation fee isn't even half of what I paid in hopes of having nice hair and a confidence boost. This faulty job cost me a lot of money and all they can keep saying is that I get to keep the hair as it that is supposed to make anything any better. I have been having issues since the first week. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to cover costs simply because they received a botched service. A reputable business would try to make things right. Not just take sides and repeat the same thing over and over. I refuse to let anybody push me around when I did not get what I paid for. Being a business owner myself, customer satisfaction IS important. You don't just tell them "tough luck." Buyer beware

Her background includes working in a medical clinic so that gives her a plus in the knowledge area that guides her practice. She is careful with the advice she dispenses yet thorough in the care she provides. It is definitely a deep cleansing facial. You do not get sweet talked into relaxation. Debbie gives you what you need in order to walk out of her place with skin that is dewy and radiant. I always tease her that there is not a spot on my face that escapes her eye. I love it. You have to prepare to be on that facial bed for over an hour. She does not rush or skimp on any procedure that you may need to get your skin at its best. She is also not a product pusher which I absolutely appreciate. Debbie is so good she does not need any extra marketing. Her boon and bane are one: having more than enough clients to fit into availability. I being one of the new ones that want to go back repeatedly. If you are new and are fortunate enough to be added on a cancellation list, take it! It will get easier to get in as you become a more regular client. The wait is worth it. As a marketing professional, I adhere to the definition of value as the perceived set of benefits being worth the cost and not to mean "inexpensive or cheap". This is what I get from Nectar Skincare. Truly grrreat value.
