I couldn't be happier with the experience! I WILL DEFINITELY return. When I was greeted, the nail tech took the time to listen to what I wanted and I never felt ignored or rushed. I had the honey pedicure and truly loved it. Ivy was a perfectionist and every little detail was top notch. For my manicure, I like the powder dip in French, but am particular and like the white line to be smaller and I generally do gel top coat. Ivy was on it! She was seriously amazing. The salon appears to be very clean as well. Extra benefits: 6 min chair massage after nails were done, paraffin wax on hands with no extra charge. They also have those socks with no toes to keep your feet warm after pedicures. Truly pampered from start to finish. Plan to not rush when you go there, although I'm sure if you were in a hurry, they would probably accommodate that as well. I haven't been to a nail salon that provides paraffin wax as a service for their pedicures and that's a nice addition. Simple manicures are also great here. The only issue I run into is that not a lot of the employees can do nail designs. That made my most recent experience, pretty challenging but overall, I won't complain too much.

Discovered on a drive by and decided to check it out because of the "cute" name, the sign that says…read more"Now Open" and the Express pedicure - $15. I mean, it's Summer, how much leg massaging do I need for getting a pedi, say, every 1.5 or 2 weeks? These things are a luxury...but I digress. Discovered the owner as someone with whom I was familiar at a previous nail salon haunt. My first visit, though, I was handed over to an overfamiliar pedicurist. Couldn't stop chatting me up and asking personal questions. Even assumed that I cut hair for a living because I was wearing a black shirt. On my second visit, I was passed on to a young manicurist-in-training (this was Summer and she seemed on vacation and still learning). Not only did she do a poor job (see picture of nail job), but she was not polite at all. Never smiled. Seemed to want to be anywhere but there. At one point during the pedicure service,she asked me to lift my feet up in the air while she flipped the towel over to fold. Awkward and uncomfortable. Finally, while I was drying my nails, she was very impatient to leave with her friends that she actually came over to where I was sitting and asked me to get up and follow her to the counter to pay so she can leave. The owner was not around and I noticed she purposely did this on the sly. I did not appreciate that at all. I wish this place good luck but my advice is to be vigilant over customer service and quality control. This is a time to make or break it, earn a good reputation so more locals will visit. In my case, I just didn't think driving over there is worth it considering there are tons of nail places within an average of a half mile from each other.
