I wanted the $80 pedicure which included 30 minutes of either or a combo of massage - either the legs or in a chair. I guess I happened to get the wrong girl, I could tell right away she was not happy. She really didn't know the package and wasn't thrilled about doing the chair massage for 20minutes. So a left paying $100 plus - good tip. By the end of the day-- the color wasn't as shiny as it should be or have that perfect look to it. She completely missed my putting color on my little toe. That was my experience.

A total rip off. I would never recommend it. I went in for an acrylic fill. On the website It says they do acrylic fills, I actually booked it online. When I got there they told me it was hard gel. Which I know is more expensive. I said, that's not what I booked. "No, we don't do acrylic, we do gel" right away FALSE advertising on the website. Next, they do not know their shapes. I had a cut down and told her I wanted a coffin, which was almost exactly what I already had. She said it was an extra $5. "Why?" she said because I was changing the shape. If she actually knew the different nail shapes she would have known that. She proceeded to make my nails completely Round!! I told her I didn't like them and she needed to fix them. When she put the gel on, she didn't use the electric file to smooth the nails down. She just left them thick and bumpy and then put the color on. The nails are all different lengths, not uniform. I brought nail decals and asked her to put 1 on each ring finger. She said It would be another $5. I bought them and brought them in. I was appauled by this point! Was I really being charged another 5 dollars for the drop of glue to stick it on my nail? I told her to forget about it! I also want to point out that I was very nice to her, throughout the service. I did not raise my voice, I was not at all rude. $75 and a $10 tip. I really did not want to tip her anything, but I'm not that type of person. It was a waste of my time and a complete waste of money!

For my manicure, I like the powder dip in French, but am particular and like the white line to be smaller and I generally do gel top coat. Ivy was on it! She was seriously amazing. I mean, it's Summer, how much leg massaging do I need for getting a pedi, say, every 1.5 or 2 weeks? These things are a luxury...but I digress. Discovered the owner as someone with whom I was familiar at a previous nail salon haunt. My first visit, though, I was handed over to an overfamiliar pedicurist. Couldn't stop chatting me up and asking personal questions. Even assumed that I cut hair for a living because I was wearing a black shirt. On my second visit, I was passed on to a young manicurist-in-training (this was Summer and she seemed on vacation and still learning). Not only did she do a poor job (see picture of nail job), but she was not polite at all. Never smiled. Seemed to want to be anywhere but there. At one point during the pedicure service,she asked me to lift my feet up in the air while she flipped the towel over to fold. Awkward and uncomfortable. Finally, while I was drying my nails, she was very impatient to leave with her friends that she actually came over to where I was sitting and asked me to get up and follow her to the counter to pay so she can leave. The owner was not around and I noticed she purposely did this on the sly. I did not appreciate that at all. I wish this place good luck but my advice is to be vigilant over customer service and quality control. This is a time to make or break it, earn a good reputation so more locals will visit. In my case, I just didn't think driving over there is worth it considering there are tons of nail places within an average of a half mile from each other.
