I called and asked for an appointment with a Rachel and when they said she no longer worked there I booked with another stylist. I got Tara. I asked for only a little trim because I'm growing my hair out from a pixie and I SPECIFICALLY told her I did NOT want the layers on the left (fuller) side of my hair shorter than the right side. She started cutting and I mentioned she was cutting a lot off, she simply said it was dead and she had to so I let it go. I was sad but I let it go. I declined a blow dry and went home with wet hair. When my hair dried not only did I realize the inches she took off, but what did I discover?! The layers on the left side of my hair are WAY SHORTER than the right side! Also they flip out in a ridiculous way because she cut through a curl in a weird way. I look lopsided and ridiculous. I'm SO disappointed and furious.

I will not be back. The waxes laid the wax all one way, not caring which way my hair grew (especially on my back thigh). She also laid wax the length of my entire leg and left the wax on for a long time while laying 3 other strips. My legs are so irritated. I have been doing monthly leg waxes for years and this has never happened. The wax kept breaking (probably because the wax was left on my legs for so long). There's parts of my legs that look like I shaved because the hair is just cut and not pulled out. Besides that, so much hair was left. She also told me the inner thighs were not included in my leg service. Again, I've been getting leg waxes for years at EWC and have never had strips of inner thigh hair left. She said she would do it for me even though it's not included. However, I'm going to need to get another leg wax in a week to get all the cut hairs left over. What a waste of $100! Also, the waxed was extremely unprofessional. She checked her phone whenever it buzzed, leaving my leg wax on longer. She also talked about how busy she was the other day, waxing forty individuals.
