I went recently and left with my hair Looking pretty much exactly the same. I asked for natural blonde. I got light brown. I asked for a partial but when I got to the counter she charged me for a full. When I asked why she said she "had to other pieces" even though she didn't ask me if I wanted her too. After I left I called to see if she could fix it. She was rude and kept telling me that she was the hair dresser and she knows what she's doing. When I told her I wasn't basing it on that. I was basing it on how my hair looks she said she'd call me the following day. She never did. I haven't heard from her since. Such bad service and a terrible look. I may go back to the salon but I absolutely will not see her again

I'm giving them a 2 star after the one because "supposedly" the owner Becky is going to reimburse…read moremy last visit and the tip. I had always tipped because there was a service done, the bleach on the scalp took some time. However I've not yet seen the reimbursement, and basically was told by the owner Becky that I should have contacted her - which is what I did many a time. Her response is she has her front desk staff have the client deal with the hairdresser first, then she'll intervene. Well when this first happened, I called said it was purple in places and was told by the receptionist that "Laurie was busy she would call me back." Laurie never called me back, her receptionist did and said Laurie said to wash it a few times. When I said I had washed it 3 times already, the receptionist went back to Laurie and Laurie told her to tell me to wash it a few more times. Now Becky the owner states this is normal to see purple deposit as she basically blamed my hair and choice of color as the issue. I believe her correspondence to me here was "when you want it that light with no warmth there can be purple deposit from the toner." She states this as normal, makes me feel like it's my fault that I choose a hair color - yet the girl that did cover for Laurie on maternity leave, used the same formula, took her time because she was new to my hair, and my hair had ZERO purple tone when I left. Becky additionally tells me that it takes a skilled colorist to do my hair. No, a skilled colorist would not overlap the toner on already processed hair. I had seen two owners of salons where they stated it's all on how much time you take with the client, you don't rush to overlap on previously blonde hair. The owner messages me here saying that I ruined Laurie and her reputation? And that she works hard to build her business? My hair showing purple when it should be light blonde is a reflection on their reputation and how they allow you to leave the salon like that - stating it's all normal for my porous hair. She must not know that the salons I did talk to and one that I decided to go with, said any hair that's dark and stripped becomes porous. So to use that as an excuse for her employee's mistake is quite ignorant on her behalf. Lastly Becky claims I harassed them with 10 min messages. If you know of any phone recording that allows over 2 ... let me know. I guess harassing by saying you've asked for her on multiple times but she as she says allows her front desk staff to make the call on who I should complain to is a threat. I guess it's also harassing when you say you'll review how they've treated you and your hair. As I figured - my hair was blamed as the problem not the stylist Laurie, but yet a new hairdresser can get it this blonde with no purple? Yet according to Becky purple tinge is normal. *Keep getting their employees viewing my profile Laurie T or N who decided to delete her stuff, and a Michele M or T depending on how they use their maiden or married name. It's funny that they know I utilize billy for extensions at this salon and I've already contacted billy via text to tell them what we're dealing with. Keep getting other harassing dms through yelp from random profiles that just get set up - no reviews or a review of just this salon. So you show what Laurie does to your hair and you get harassed by their employees and friends. Have contacted yelp on this matter as well as others in this matter.

I've been very hesitant to write a review here because my experience was both awesome and the worst…read moreexperience I've ever had. I came here for a spa day for my birthday for a massage, bikini/leg wax and a mani-pedi. At the time I made my appointments, I was told I could get a dip manicure. My massage was great. I was relaxed and Richard was very good at knowing how to push and mush my problem areas. Sue was fantastic. I've never done a wax, so I was nervous, but Susan made me comfortable. I didn't feel awkward at all. The only issue I had Sue actually pointed out; because my massage was scheduled first, my legs were oily for my waxing appointment, which made Sue's job more difficult. Now onto the mani-pedi. All the girls at the salon are really nice. My manicurist, Linda apparently doesn't work here full time, but that didn't matter to me. What mattered to me was the fact that she spent nearly three hours on my dip, and at the end told me "I would've made them thinner if we had more time." Folks, I was flabbergasted. As you can see in my photos, my nails were not even in shape or length and were extremely thick. After I left, I sat in my car in the parking lot and balled my eyes out. I've never had such a terrible experience getting my nails done. Also, even with four hours at the salon, I didn't have time for my pedicure. The photos I included were taken while I sat in the parking lot. Also, my nails were long and even when I came into the nail salon. I wrote management about my experience and they were able to fit me in the day after Christmas. So not only did I have to spend my birthday with the most embarrassing manicure ever, but I had to go back in to get them fix. I was told it would be covered, but then the manicurist, Dipa, (who was very nice), who came in on her day off when the salon was scheduled to be closed, didn't do dip, and since the original manicure killed my nails (it's been 4 months to the day and JUST now have my nails returned to the strength and length they were when I walked in on my birthday) they had to be clipped very short, forcing me to get tips... so they charged me another $40. Then my manicure/pedicure took 6 hours (I arrived at 1030am and left at 430); I had to cancel a birthday lunch with some friends as I was not even halfway done when I was due to leave. I'm mortified to have written this review, but everything I said was true, and I believe it's important that I post this. I have another gift certificate for this place that I received while I was having my spa day. I don't know if I'm going to come back because it was such a terrible experience.

Their event coordinator (might not be her title but we'll go with it) assigned Jenn to fix my hair. I can't even begin to tell you how much she rocked it. It shouldn't have been possible to get my hair so perfect, but she did it. As for the day of? Jenn also completely and totally nailed the style that I had in my head. Julie, Lauren and Joyce helped get the rest of my party in shape, no matter how complex the requested styles were, and we were, in my humble opinion, the most amazingly coiffed bridal party that has ever existed. I cannot thank the entire staff here enough for helping to make my wedding day so beautiful!
