I set an appointment at Brian's salon for today online. I left a detailed email noting we had done a home color change at it had turned orange looking for a color correction. I called and talked to Michael the owner giving more detail. When we arrived on time we waited for our consultation my daughter told Kelly she was deaf. Kelly appeared talented and lovely but grossly intimidated by Michael. After noting she was deaf and having difficulty understanding Michael kept telling we are done. He was rude.
