I really wanted to love this spot! I've read nothing but amazing reviews online, it's conveniently located near me & the fills are reasonably priced. The staff is really friendly and the place is gorgeous & inviting. For my first appointment I had the most AMAZING lash set done..I mean, it was quite literally perfection. HOWEVER, after arriving home I started to notice so many of the lashes falling out. I called them an hour after leaving the salon. Which they did not respond. I called for the next 4 days straight, at different times to see if I would have better luck, but nothing. I only was able to get through to them after 5 phone calls and two voicemails. They are closed on Sundays & Mondays, which is typical for places like this, but nowhere on their website or salon does it state that. So I wasted my time driving there on Monday, in the hopes to speak to someone, as I wasn't able to over the phone for almost a week. I was finally able to connect with them today. They were very good about getting me in promptly and even provided the re-lash on the house. But I will say, aside from not having to pay for the service, I felt very dismissed. The owner Marie was at the front desk when I arrived. She did not care to speak to me about my previous experience. All she said was "Kieza was ready for me & to enjoy my service." So for the service- I was not asked what I wanted. She just confirmed that the size from last time was fine. So I felt the need to extra explain what I was looking for. My lashes were not "prepped" prior to lashing. Maybe I have high standers coming from elsewhere. But every time before, I always had my lashes cleansed, brushed and dried prior to service. Also I felt the lack of materials. Kieza fanned my lashes with her hands to dry the glue as she worked..She also didn't tape down my bottom lashes after putting down the eye pads, which resulted on several of my bottom natural lashes getting stuck to the top ones she was putting in. She pulled them with a tool, but still caused some to rip out completely. It was painful & made my eye very watery. Which doesn't help with the drying of the glue. This new set, looked nothing like the original. I felt that there were way less lashes. Also, there was one inner corner lash that was put too far out on the natural lash and was poking me in the eye. When I expressed this to her, she promised to fix it. She finished the other eye, when she went back to it and removed the lash she did not replace it and honestly it's noticeable. Due to it being the inner corner, one eye looks fuller & more complete because of it. I don't understand why she would remove a lash and not replace it..Additionally, the placement of some of the lashes are umm interesting. I brushed and brushed but some look crooked. Once done, I'm used to a setting/ drying spray being spritzed. Which I know isn't a "necessity", but does make a difference. I think my point is, I felt the service was very "minimalistic" for it being $200 dollars for a basic set. But honestly the service was whatever, what really got me was I wasn't even asked how I liked the new set after the service was completed. All I was told was " do you have any questions for me? & I can help you book your next appointment." If I didn't feel so dismissed I may have gone back for a third time. read more
