This pharmacy needs to be investigated by the state & whomever handles the pharmacy aspect. How does a pharmacy: 1. Acknowledge your script on Saturday for pick Monday morning...then 2. Monday morning, 45mins before my pickup, you report there's a delay because it's out of stock...then 3. Never give an estimate on how long or an update on it 4. Thursday I check the app or online for a status...only to find out that it was CANCELED! I call the "local #" only to get connected to someone who is working remotely from somewhere & I ask questions. He says he can put it right in & have it ready for Saturday pickup (by the way, that would be 1wk since I requested it). I asked why it was canceled in the 1st place? He checks & tells me it was an insurance issue. I asked why I wasn't notified instead of someone just cancelling my script? He couldn't answer (of course, like always, it's the nobody who does all this stuff with your scripts!)...then 5. I get transferred to the REAL local store # & speak to a woman with an attitude. I tell her the whole thing over again. Of course, she doesn't know who canceled & why I wasn't notified. I gave her the insurance info (which I had already inputted into their system when I received the new card MONTHS ago). I asked for estimate for my pickup. She says it's up to insurance & it could be that night. 6. Friday I picked it up. 6 days after I requested it. What if this was a vital medicine that regulates blood pressure, heart rate, heart rhythm, clotting, diuretic, blood sugar, hormones, mood, organ rejection, asthma, infection, pain & etc?! Mine is for PAIN, a muscle relaxer! And no, for anyone thinking, I didn't wait till my script ran out, I had a few days left. This pharmacy is NOTORIOUS for playing games with people's prescriptions & this is not the first time they have done it with me. I've had them do this with other medications in the above categories listed. The longest time I was given the run around (nothing to do with insurance, but their ORDERING & STOCKING), was 3WKS! And because it was a schedule II, they REFUSED to transfer the script ELECTRONICALLY to another one of THEIR locations who had it in stock!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! I hope more small pharmacies can return since these large ones DGAF about their customers! read more

I came to buy a wheel here. Bad move. Should have gone to Wheelgreens, for sure. Late night and needing a few things when you are in Worcester? Well then you mainly have to choose between this Walgreens or maybe if you're lucky a 24-hour grocery store or something. It's not bad but it's very overpriced as you would expect. read more

I booked an appointment a few weeks ago once I found out I was eligible for a Pfizer booster shot. The woman who checked me in had a huge attitude from the start, like it was such an effort just to do her job. She was disrespectful towards me for no apparent reason, threw me attitude about my health insurance card and had the audacity to ask me if I was even eligible for a booster. What the hell? I don't need to explain why I'm eligible. Do you need my medical chart too? Do you want me to take you to work with me so I can show you that I'm at a higher risk of exposure? If I were the hiring manager I'd seriously reconsider who has to interact with patients. Working in a pharmacy means you have to interact with the public - the good and the bad. When you're dealing with healthcare you get everything, it is what it is and I'm not saying it's right but that's the reality in which we live. I was completely easy going and didn't expect to be thrown so much attitude from a clearly miserable person who got tasked with doing what they're paid to do. Nice job. read more

The pharmacy attached to this Walgreens location is pretty pathetic. It's generous to say they move at a snails pace, and essentially look for every reason they can to avoid filling prescriptions. First time I came here they gave me several numbers to verify different pre-existing information. The second time, I had to argue/explain that all the information had been submitted and verified. After arguing, they filled my prescription, which is proof they're out to look for every reason to say no before saying yes. Pretty pathetic indeed. read more

Mary Jane cashier. Is very rude. And selective to who she's kind to at the register. wont pull the race card, but I've noticed her greeting every customer and when it comes to me, dead silence. I myself, went out my way to ask her "hey, how are you doing". response: "good. Yourself" very dry and unkind . And I would call it discriminatory. read more

I had a bad experience at the Walgreens Park Ave store. I made an appointment for a booster shot and arrived a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork. I was told to have a seat in the waiting area and I would be called for the shot. After waiting nearly an hour I finally cancelled the appointment and left. I will not return to this store. read more

I can't even rate your service. I would give you zero stars. You don't answer your phone when a physician office calls. You keep them on hold. When you finally decide to answer you keep sick people waiting for their scrip because you have a procedure. Have waited over an hour and still my order is not filled. They are terrible read more

If the Devil himself was sick late at night, he'd do well to avoid this place. None of the exterior lighting was working, not the marque, not the lot lights. Now that the officer from WPD rolled out, I wish I was strapped just to get back to the car. And if Lucifer was here, he'd be dismayed at the one hour photo that requires more than three hours to complete. Or perhaps he'd be grinning a knowing snarl at the optimistic lies about his ordering being only moments away from completion. Except that it's not. Lying to make the Devil feel better or simply an omission is still a sin. And one can hope the Devil gets his due. And now we learn that the photo desk has no cash drawer. Today I was reminded why I'm not a big fan of Walgreens. The store was dirty, the shelves were not full of merchandise, and sale items were not clearly marked. Not sure where she was rushing to, but the cashier disappeared before I had walked away from the counter. read more

I go to Walgreens at least 3 times a week, I'm there so often I know two of the employees very well. Every time I'm there all the employees are always very nice and they always make sure you are all set and if you are not they will help you find what you need if they can, the pharmacy there is definitely going a lot slower than they were in the past I've been using them for years and they have lost a few of the regulars so they have started to get backed up at the drive through as well as in store but they are always very nice and try their best to help you and make sure you get the information you need with any medication and if they can't advise you on some they will tell you what you can do. The photo center is a good spot I have used them before and never a complaint. read more

Crappy service. Cashier was running the show while the manager stood there and ate her crackers. Stephanie the cashier decides to put a limit on things I wanted to purchase. Never had I heard of such crap. They will refuse your money and sell you only a "week worth of supply" per customer. So I guess I'll just run on over to cvs and buy the 4 packs of toilet paper I wanted and be treated like king.... watch out for all the bums that stands around outside of the place! read more

This walgreens is not great but it's not awful either, just average. It's small and for some reason, always crowded at night. I only come here when I really need to get something, but otherwise don't make a habit of it. They claim to refill ink cartridges but every time I go, it never works. ... go figure. read more

Be careful of their 24 hour pharmacy claim. I had a surgery that ran late and needed post-operative medications around 10:30pm. The pharmacist was unaccommodating and rather rude, saying she was too busy to fill the medications until the morning even though I needed a dose at 11pm. read more

Terrible pharmacy! I was trying to call in a prescription from a local hospital and I was put on hold for over 10min and then the was disconnected!! At 9:30am on a Friday morning, no pharmacy should be that busy, or should at least tell the person on the other end to please hold for one more minute. I have never dealt with such horrible pharmacy staff. This is not my first unpleasant experience with extremely long waiting times just to fill a prescription!! read more
