This is mostly a review of the Pharmacy. First, why is there no 24 hour CVS anyplace close to…read moreMillis? It is a 20 minute drive to Natick or Walpole to get a 24 hour CVS. Frankly, I would take them just being opened late (to 12 AM or so). Since Medway and Medfield are both NOT 24 hour pharmacy's this should be. Just since coming to Millis I have had two occasions to need medication past 9 PM and had to truck to Natick in the middle of the night. The hours are also completely inconvenient for anyone who works. It should open at 7 AM and close at 11 or 12. A few weeks ago my doctor called in my prescription at 8:30PM. I got dressed, checked CVS hours and went to get it. The pharmacy closes at 9 PM. The store 10. Huh, I would think that would be the other way around? Fine. So I arrive at 8 AM the next day and there is a staff of 1. Of course at 8 AM everyone and their brother who couldn't get their medication is going to show up. There are 4 customers in store and two more at the drive through for the one / two employees. And every single time I go there if I ask them for any variation on the drug they have no other pills. I swear they have like 4 pills back there for everything. Or they just don't want to accommodate me.

It is time to pull your medications out of CVS. They recently fired a whole bunch of people and I…read morejust went to get a very common medication and they were out. They implied it was a nationwide shortage but I called one other pharmacy and they had it. This drug is cheap and I am guessing CVS doesn't want to stock it anymore because they don't get mega profits from it. They are circling the drain. I wouldn't be surprised if they are out of business within 5 years.

This is CVS, the store for health they say. It has medicine, band aids and all stuff for you. The…read moreproblem is they have unhealthy foods. Then their prices are out of this world! Some snacks from other places cost $2.99 while CVS would be $3.99. I usually go there to buy candy or gum. It is pretty close to the middle of town where most people are. The parking lot is not that big but there are also not a lot of people that go there. If you don't like talking with other people, this place is your friend. It is small so it is easy to find things and then there are two self registers with even one that takes cash. I rate this place a 4.5 and would go there for a while until I move away.

I never heard from CVS, and I can no longer speak to a pharmacist because of their new automated phone system. So I drove there, only to be told it's no longer covered, and I need a new prescription. My Doc did that, and CVS site said prescribed, 3 refills left, so I went to pick it up, only to be told it wasn't filled because it's not covered. No communication regarding this...So now I call Medicare. The first med is in fact covered. CVS lied to Medicare and said Doc never prescribed. He prescribed the second one too, but the generic isn't covered...he didn't prescribe the generic. I'm now switching pharmacies. This not the first time I've had probs getting meds at CVS, and one time it was critical! We had to go back to the hospital to get meds after I had surgery. Goodbye CVS!

When did Walgreens start carrying phones?? I am not sure either, but they basically have a mini…read moreradio shack in this store right between the registers and the photo center. That's so cool! Not only that, but I mean you can get a charger for any kind of phone or device fairly cheap considering its a convenience store. Prices in Walgreens I've found are otherwise NOT competitive at all, Aside from Rite Aid, They are pretty pricey. I do however love their seasonal section. Most of the decor is 10 bucks or less and they have a lot of different candy options in the same aisle. They were selling pumpkins at the end of the season for a buck at the register. Cashier was super friendly and helpful to assist when one of my devices needed a charger I couldn't find there.

MOST Walgreens are great places to shop, with great deals, staff, and selection. MOST Walgreens have good parking (those not in the city), and have the same clean, organized feel and size. And then there are SOME locations with issues. At first glance, the exterior of this location looks great and the interior was organized, large, and clean when walking in. BUT, I was looking for Valentine's Candy, and this was RIGHT on the way home. There was NONE. Yeah, it's the night before Valentine's, but come on! Plus, they were completely out of a few of the other things I was going to purchase. I just put everything down and headed to CVS. The store's organized, the staff are friendly, and the parking is good, but don't expect to find everything you need all the time. 3 stars.
