I can't believe how poorly run this CVS is. I ordered something to be printed at this location. Needed it for an event. Got a message it was ready. Drove there to learn that not only was it not ready, but the printer was broken. I was told they would reach out if the printer got fixed and my order was ready. So I drove an hour to the party without it. While at the party I got a text telling me my order was ready, so I drove back. When I arrived the woman behind the counter was shocked to see me, and said "I feel very badly, as it's still not ready. That wasn't a message you were supposed to get". So yet again I left without what I ordered and needed. There are no words for how much I dislike this store and its inability to actually treat its customers properly. read more

Most of the Pharmacy staff is completely unprofessional. They have zero customer service skills and are rude. Preferably The blonde who wears her hair up! However, the front desk girl who checks you out in the store named Nicole was fantastic ! She may be the only reason I don't take my business elsewhere . Another wonderful CVS Pharmacy. Another store that has that AWESOME remodel, like Dedham & Newton Highlands, which is extremely AMAZING (in comparison to other CVS stores and other pharmacies). Clean, new, and includes all essentials at good prices. Store is organized, and everything is priced well and correctly. This location has a drive thru pharmacy as well, if this is your pharmacy that may be useful. Only problem (I had the same issue yesterday with another CVS): the parking lot of this store is fine, but is tiny. If you pull into any of the parking spots near the storefront, it is incredibly hard to back up out, and it is very confusing to know how to exit the plaza if you aren't from the direct area. Signs, and expansion of the parking lot would be useful, yet for now it works pretty good for me. read more

This place never seems well stocked, inattentive staff (pharmacists are fine). Just now a man walked in with a red solo cup and no mask. I personally would've not waited on him. Cashier should've said something or got a manager. At my place of business I'm allowed to tell someone they can't enter the building without a mask. read more

This CVS was recently renovated (though it was actually pretty new already) and it's incredibly modern now. The make-up section got the Sephora treatment, a Minute Clinic area was added, and all new floors and a new checkout line were installed. Very nice location. My doctor called in a prescription on Tuesday, and I had no trouble picking it up same day. I called ahead of time to make sure they were giving me the generic (not the brand) medication, and I got very quick and friendly service over the phone. read more

10 years going to Medway's CVS for my entire family. Smart in their consultations, caring in their support, a light touch when getting the flu shot, friendly, move the lines along when they can; nutshell is I feel they have always been there for us (oh, and making a flavored med for my very picky son when he wouldn't take the normal flavored medication). Bye bye CVS! WORST SERVICE EVER! I went into store to pick up baby suncreen - and asked for price match since it was $5 cheaper at walmart and I just didnt have time to run there. The shift Supervisor was rudest ever saying that I need to bring a flyer to show the price at walmart - so lets get this straight if end up going to walmart to pick the flyer I will might as well pick it up from there as well ( COMMON SENSE) Secondly, she wanted me to confirm that the online searches are valid, so I typed in google and searched in front of her - she still wanted me to confirm that this was legit and these prices were really! I paid full price and walked out (no time to talk to someone who is doesn't have one bit of customer service) We are taking our entire business over to Walgreens! Dropped by Medways CVS Minute Clinic again this year for my flu shot and was so happy to see "Tracy" was still working at the clinic. Tracy is friendly, reassuring, professional and runs her clinic on time. Check-in was a breeze and in and out in under 15 minutes. read more

This pharmacy is ALWAYS letting me down. I don't know what it is about this particular CVS but they are constantly getting things wrong and are just generally unhelpful. I was a very happy customer of CVS Pharmacy in Brookline Ma...I really don't understand why these guys can't figure their stuff out. After calling tonight and being told i need to come back in to give them my insurance information instead of just entering it through their computer over the phone, enough is enough. Walgreens here i come! (side note, I just got off the phone with Walgreens and they were kind enough to accept my insurance information over the phone and to call CVS to get all my prescription information..I just wish them luck with that call.) read more

This CVS pharmacy is the best!! The technicians there are so polite and helpful every time I go there. The pharmacists are all very bright and really know their stuff whenever I have a question . This review is specifically to the makeup/skin care area with the help of Diane. She is psychic! I was in the store looking for a new moisturizer.Just by looking at me, she could tell my skin was very dry (shocker! ha!). I think that the dry skin coupled with my very fair complexion, and "over 30," lead her to recommend CeraVe to me...which is perfect because I had formerly been using Cetaphil, and my dermatologist said to use either CeraVe or Cetaphil. I was looking for something new because I was getting sick of the Cetaphil. Anywho, she talked to me about the benefits of CeraVe that would work better for me, over Cetaphil. She also recommended La Roche de Posay, but realized it may be out of my budget. I also asked about the Olay line, which I had used in my late 20's. Due to the dry skin she really recommended the CeraVe. She was great and did not try to pressure me into buying any useless junk or product that I cannot afford. I've never ever asked for help in the skincare area of CVS ever. This was my first time, and I was beyond impressed. Diane knew exactly what she was talking about relating to skin type and skin sensitivity and was very educated about the ingredients in the products that we talked about. VERY IMPRESSED, she is far more knowledgeable than any sales person at Macys, Ulta, or Sephora combined. BTW - Fantastic renovation! read more

This review is for the Minute Clinic Medway, MA This is for the employee working 8/6/14 at 6:45PM. I am usually not one to post negative reviews but the treatment received tonight was disturbing. My fiancee had been home sick all day with severe soar throat. I came home at 6:15PM and she asked me to take her to the Minute Clinic. The hours are until 7PM. I changed and brought her down and we arrived at 6:35PM and began to sign in at the kiosk. There was a sign saying that last signups are at 6:45PM to allow closing for 7PM. There was a patient inside but no one else waiting. The kiosk wouldn't allow the sign in so we waited. The current patient came out prior to 6:45PM and the nurse quickly tried to close the door. My fiancee was clearly miserable and we asked if she would see her. The nurse was extremely rude and said, "Sorry, the policy says we close at 6:45" Before, we could even respond she shut the door in our faces. The sign clearly said 7PM and last sign up was prior to 6:45PM. We were in time and it was evident my fiancee was sick. I understand if this was a bank or RMV but health care providers are suppose to have compassion and this girl had none whatsoever. Moreover, her attitude and demeanor was rude and dismissive. I will not be back to Minute Clinic in Medway. read more
