It is consistently stocked with all of my favorite snacks and drugstore items. The shelves are extremely neat and everything is so easy to find. The pharmacy technicians are so patient and are kind. Picking up your prescription here is a very smooth process. They also have a pharmacy drive-thru, which I have not used, but is pretty cool nonetheless! Getting into the location is a little tricky off W-Central Street but it's doable. Love the location!

The pharmacist was so helpful, kind, and informative. This location seems to have medication that others don't carry! The pharmacist was really helpful in trying to find the medication they prescribed me and we actually ended up going back there again for something else the next day. Although this is further away from where I live, it's worth the drive. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves recognition for amazing service! For years I've struggled to find ANY pharmacy - not just CVS - who can help me get medicine that's safe for me to take. I often had to fill prescriptions I was allergic to and had to take medicine that made me sick just so my other conditions were manageable. This is the ONLY pharmacy that helped me navigate things. For years, every month when I filled my prescription I'd have to set aside several hours to call different pharmacies and check to see what brands they had in stock. Often the only pharmacy that had a brand safe for me to take was over an hour away, so filling my prescriptions every month was an ordeal. Of all the pharmacies I called, this is the only one that tried to help. I explained the situation, that CVS had an allergy alert in my chart but I still mostly got medications I was allergic to. The pharmacist helped me figure out a solution. This is the ONLY pharmacy that has made sure I get a brand that is safe for me to take. I generally hate CVS. The employees everywhere else are indifferent at best. Not here. They are lovely to deal with and so kind. I live much, much closer to other CVS pharmacies but I always go to this one because it's the only one I feel safe going to. I'm so grateful I don't have to take medications that make me sick. By far, I feel that Hopkinton drugs compounded medication works much better than the medication I got from the other compounding pharmacies. I had used Belmar to fill a compound prescription for a year. I recently switched over to Hopkinton for that same compound medication. The difference is, I actually feel like my medication is working now. I took the same thing for over a year and didn't have any results. The price at Hopkinton is way better than any other compound pharmacy I have found. I have never had a problem with expensive shipping costs either. If I remember correctly, the shipping for my medication was either free or less than five dollars. I have always had professional and pleasant phone interactions with employees from Hopkinton. I have never had any problem filling a prescription or paying for it. If the pharmacy does not accept your insurance anymore, that doesn't mean they're a bad pharmacy. It is the consumers responsibility to be sure they go to a provider that accepts their specific insurance. I have had no problems working with Hopkinton and I will continue to use them as my main compounding pharmacy. I appreciate everything they do for me.
