Comcann Millis is my least favorite dispensary. They are constantly low on stock. Also it seems like the service is worse for medical customers. I don't think Customer Service is a part of their business model. read more

Amazing experience! We had a horrible experience at the Southborough location, we came here to redeem a credit honored to us. Stefano, the marketing specialist was super compassionate and prompt in hearing our irritation from our Southborough experience. Our Millis visit exceeded our expectations BY FAR! Our perspective of CommCan has done a full 360! Upon walking in, the front desk girl with the blue streaked hair was super welcoming and friendly, speedy check in. The next girl to take us was AMAZING. Super friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we were there for without even questioning. She saved us the most money and provided us with tons of free goodies! We wish we got her name but she definitely deserves a promotion! She's the reason, we will be back for sure! I have been a customer of CommCan's for over a year now and every time I have gone there, whether there was a wait or not (usually not) the experience was a positive one. The staff are always super friendly and HONEST. If they don't know a strains effect they will tell you so, if it is maybe something that just dropped. Other than that that they are super knowledgeable on their offerings. You will never feel rushed and that makes for such a great consumer experience! The bud is some of the best that you will find in MA. Always fresh. Now that they grow the Cookies line, it is like being in LA. Incredible top shelf stuff for just a slight premium over the house flower. I am not a fan of the entire lineup, but I have a handful of favorites that always deliver! I find the prices to be right in line with what other dispensaries in MA charge. For me the personal experiences that I have had in my interactions and subsequent purchases have always been positive. The only thing that could use a bit of tweaking is the on-line ordering system. When I get a text saying that my order is ready, I still have to wait as if I were just purchasing in store. read more

Staff at door was abhorrently rude and ignorant of the laws they were enforcing. I was told that my license was expired, while providing a state doctored receipt proving otherwise. The manager was no better informed and had a large ego for working at a dispensary. "I work here I know the rules" I fail to see how working at a dispensary provides any individual with an education in law. Just turned 21 and renewed my license. I printed out the paper the RMV now gives while waiting for new licenses. This document states the would be expired license is valid and NOT EXPIRED. I tried to remain patient but had family obligations and grew frustrated with the demeaning tone of the employees, and their lack of understanding of the law regarding valid licenses. The two employees seemed more interested in a yelling match than doing proper research on a question from a potential paying customer. No it is not temporary ID, it is not expired, it is in good standing as is clearly outlined in the document from the RMV. I saw a friend walking in and decided to ask them for help as the employees were refusing to do their job. The manager and employee then came sprinting into the parking lot to accuse us of a felony distribution?? Went to Millis police shortly after to confirm that my "expired" license when accompanied by the document within 30 days of renewal IS INFACT VALID ID. Didn't care to take the names of the two Neanderthals who "helped" me. Don't waste your time with these imbeciles here like I did, Neta in Brookline is a far better option!!! read more

Walked up to medical with my husband and since he didn't have a med card he was told he couldn't speak at all even to me. It was weird and the first time that's ever happened even at a medical dispensary. It wasn't the fact that it was a rule, it's the way they said it. RUDE. I felt like I was being embarrassed in front of the whole dispensary and treated like a child. The marijuana was great though. read more

this is such a slap in the face.. drove down from boston to score some more edibles after the first go around treated me so well. previously purchased 3x packages of Bites (gummy and chocolate) 25mg x 10 holy hell, boy did these badboys do wonders.. simply half a gummy/chocolate (12.5 mg) was enough to have me feeling happy, 1.5 and Im not moving from the coach this go around, they simply did nothing.. tried 3-4x from each package, including taking 2x (50mg) while stone cold sober and guess what I remained sober beyond pathetic to charge the prices they do, on top of the edibles being devoid of weed.. hell I dont even smell the bud on the edibles (something you could easily do last time) thought this was a legit place, but apparently Ive been bamboozled read more

The staff is amazing and so helpful. This is my go to dispensary!! The prices are on point and they have great incentives for new patients. They carry the VYB line which I'm a HUGE fan of no one else carries it in Mass. Everyone wears masks and the place is run efficiently the curbside pick up can't be beat. Do not go to this place it is horrible. All their merchandise is defective. I went there and spent 200 dollars on wax and fifty dollars on a vaporizer to find out when I got home that it was defective and the charger cord didn't fit. I called them to tell them the situation and was given nothing but attitude followed by a bs excuse that I had to contact the merchant.I had to drive thirty minutes back to talk to them in person and they still refused a refund or exchange telling me that sometimes their merchandise just doesn't work.
