I need a gummy to recover from this shopping experience…read more I found the one person in the store who couldn't answer a single question. I was so excited to come here, as these are my favorite gummies. Even though I live in NYC where there are plenty of dispensaries, I always ask my cousin to make an Insa run for me and meet me at the family function when I need to stock up. The shopping experience could not have been a bigger disappointment and I left incredibly stressed. I was asking about other flavors of gummies I haven't tried yet. I asked what the difference was in composition. The store clerk told me they were all different flavors. I said I understand that and asked about composition again. Then said they're all the same because they're 5mg. I couldn't believe I had to hold his hand through this entire interaction and get more specific. So I asked about to THC/CBD ratio and TAC. Then I asked another question that he couldn't answer and quickly realized I should stop and get in line and GTFO of there. Then when he was ringing me up, he told me there was a buy one get one free sale, which is not how the products were rung up. After about 5 excruciating minutes of back and forth, the kind gentleman next to him at the register finally leaned in and told me the BOGO deal is only good for one product. I asked why the clerk didn't tell me that in the first place and he said he didn't know, then the clerk next to him showed him a laminated sign attached to the register that clearly stated the BOGO deal terms and restrictions. This guy couldn't answer product questions and couldn't explain the price of things, so basically he's just a warm body collecting a paycheck. I'll probably be back because I love the gummies, but I'll avoid him next time.

Welcome to my first review of a Marijuana Dispensary! Does this perhaps have anything to do with…read morethe quality of what they sell? No, just the salespeople, professionalism, and brands at the moment! I had two pleasant visits here where I got to meet Tica and Rebecca. Tica and I first talked about my grief, and I found her warm, excellent, and conversational overall towards me as a customer. Excellent service. Rebecca, if I have her name right, is familiar with Hadleaf and is now an employee. I appreciated what I felt as her patience, and her care about the industry's tools, excellent service, and providing excellent space to Hadleaf customers. As a note--I mind what brands and selections show up where I shop. If I notice brands that seem imperial and against the spirit of Marijuana, I try to mind where they're stocked. For examples: some brands have names that remind me more of the fact Hitler shares a birthday whose number is a common Marijuana trope, than the fact Bob Marley and Stevie Wonder both know what "Jammin'" means, as it might likely involve Hadleaf's product. Sparq is a brand I now recognize as it was regularly stocked and introduced to me here. It was priced low enough to be competitive and valuable in the neighborhood.

After the employee (who was gabbing with another one, as usual) finally deigned to notice me, he wanted to know what I wanted. "This," said I, placing the wrapper of the last brand that did any good for us on the counter. "TAKE THAT AWAY!" he screamed, rather as if I'd slapped a cobra on the glass. "WE CAN'T HAVE CUSTOMERS PUT THINGS ON THE GLASS!!" More than a little ticked off, I did so, and held it in the air to show. Of course, THAT wasn't in stock, and I left. Never again.
