WARNING: Selling 8 month old vape carts! Nothing against the people that work there, this WAS my favorite dispensary for awhile (having spent nearly $2,200 here!) but the manager refused to help me out with a low fill Pax Pod (insisting it was "absorbed in the wick"). What really bothered me was that I had not seen this packaging before and thought it was new (and said so to her several times) and didn't notice until later it was actually OLD product from February. I had previously had a dead Pax pod (filled but wouldn't fire) and another one was empty / dumped into the package and they were helpful in those situations. She could have helped me with the third and I'd likely still be a customer, but I guess the "3rd time is not the charm".
After the initial issues I started opening the sealed dispensary bag on camera along with the cart which I recommend everyone starts doing. I realize part of the problems are the state requirements for "tamper-proof" packaging beyond the dispensaries control; but the end result is the customer potentially takes the hit on a bad fill / dead / leaking cart. They could easily take the old packaging design and make the top lid clear plastic - and THEN you could see what you're paying TOP dollar for. With more and more dispensaries popping up regularly; customer service is going to be a differentiating factor and what keeps me loyal.
FYI, the product WAS NOT "absorbed into the wick" - it was a laughingly low fill (visible bubble at the top) and lasted me less then a week (I usually get closer to two). The fact that I had to pay $72 and not get what I paid for is INFURIATING. Other than testing, when I was buying "street vapes" I was able to go through and A: pick out the higher fills and B: return bad carts after the fact.... I actually received better service! read more
