No, just the salespeople, professionalism, and brands at the moment! I had two pleasant visits here where I got to meet Tica and Rebecca. Tica and I first talked about my grief, and I found her warm, excellent, and conversational overall towards me as a customer. Excellent service. Rebecca, if I have her name right, is familiar with Hadleaf and is now an employee. I appreciated what I felt as her patience, and her care about the industry's tools, excellent service, and providing excellent space to Hadleaf customers. As a note--I mind what brands and selections show up where I shop. If I notice brands that seem imperial and against the spirit of Marijuana, I try to mind where they're stocked. For examples: some brands have names that remind me more of the fact Hitler shares a birthday whose number is a common Marijuana trope, than the fact Bob Marley and Stevie Wonder both know what "Jammin'" means, as it might likely involve Hadleaf's product. Sparq is a brand I now recognize as it was regularly stocked and introduced to me here. It was priced low enough to be competitive and valuable in the neighborhood.

Massachusetts does not allow bud on display so you do not get to see what you are buying until after you purchase it. Super affordable! Much cheaper than NJ literally only 30 percent of the cost you pay at NJ dispensaries. They give you a menu, You pick what you want and they ring you up. There is a taco truck outside and it was some managing tacos! Highly suggest making this a stop if you are in the area!

The "security" guy was clueless with ID's and so was the girl that checked the ID's again declaring they only acknowledge "active duty" ID bc a veterans one isn't "sufficient" and I needed to provide a DD214 which is necessary for receiving a VA card to begin with. Followed up by a "bud tender" that was obviously too stoned to help me out... after choosing my items and asking for the total... was given the number "150" followed by a 5 second pause and then saying "3" I asked what the ACTUAL TOTAL was. And he said, "153" So I asked if 153 was the total... then he replied after another 5 seconds... ".59" immediately I demanded if he was messing with me?! I asked for a third time, the total.... "153.59 taxes and you know". The supervisor jumped in and said "he's doin fine he's just stuttering" I had already paid and wished I hadn't... the product was trash, the name is misleading and the staff doesn't know how to handle being baked and doing business. If you can't handle the work environment gtfo of the scene. That's why the streets will out perform dispensaries bc they streets don't act like entitled brats when selling weed. The cannabis industry as a "legit" thing is trash and i will make sure folks know how trash this one is in particular. I hope the staff and whoever named it have the life they deserve

Okay cool, I get home after a 3 hour drive, and I notice one of my bottles are already opened :) before I even touched the bag. I've gotten better looking cbd honestly. Very dry, cracks in my hands, and a bad color with hardy any smell. I am extremely disappointed in the product quality and sales pitch.

A great alternative to honey which is disastrous with that in northampton. Great selection and prices, friendly budtenders. I just wish they didn't use Ai to market and advertise stuff.
