I plan day trips to MA because of this place. The parking lot is small but I always aim to arrive at 8/9 AM to avoid the craze. I also order online which saves me time. Their selection is very large and I love when they have promos and deals. They have a bathroom too. Every person here is always kind. From the check in people, security, and budtenders, everyone I have interacted with here has always been very kind and knowledgeable. Their product is amazing and reasonably priced I tend to always try something different every time I come. Their prices are very reasonable. I have seen 8ths as low as $28 and as high as $60. It all depends on what you are buying. Remember to research. I cannot wait to come back! read more

Misleading thc percentages. Many extracts are THCa extracts and they still list a high thc level when its actually high in thca which has no psychological effect. Be careful out theyre they are definitely mislabeling. The pass has the same oil from the same companies, just labeled correctly. Prices were fair. read more

I use to love when it was bloom brothers and had great prices and good selection. Hate to see that all change and prices going up for products that been out for years. read more

The parking lot is very small and very tight. When you drive a big vehicle like I do either and awesome van for a van life or my big diesel pick up truck like a good country boy does the parking can be difficult but once you get your big manly truck, parked and go inside, you will enjoy the establishment. Friendly knowledgeable and good selection. Don't forget to bring your ID and your small car for parking. read more

It's nice to have choices. Found this store, checked the menu online and decided to give this a try. Parking lot is a bit tight but serviceable. Staff were as polite as any other store of this caliber. Pre-ordered and got a text indicating that it was ready for pick up a little while after submitting order. Was able to procure my order as soon as I arrived at their door. Quick and efficient. I have since used some of the products and found them to be very enjoyable. Since it is close to another store, might have to include this in my circuit. Obviously, each of the establishments offer a variety of items, not all the same at each store. read more

The absolute worst experience at any place of business I have ever had. Extremely rude manager. I would recommend going any place else except here. They have a lot to learn about customer service. read more

1st time last time. Great selection online, nice pics. Top dollar charged for tiny buds that were dry & stale. I bought 4 different flowers & have sampled 3. 2 of them are small tiny dry buds mixed in with a decent bud or two. If you charge premium prices, you should deliver a premium product. Definitely not happy read more

Perpetual Dispensary - Sign - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Used to come here literally every single day.... Past six months this place has just gone downhill. Just went to try you guys again and you let a customer in before me and then make me sit out here and wait and then you guys close at seven and don't even come out to tell me especially because you must've fired your doormen awhile back. (Used to be a great part of the experience meeting the guys out front.) But now officially bloom brothers will be on the bottom of my list, thanks for answering the door! Probably have spent over twenty grand here too pretty big disappointment. read more

Perpetual Dispensary - Customers that got to go in at seven but I guess not me... - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Nice clean place, very well lit and open. After getting through the check in the inside was very nice and big. The staff were super friendly and helpful explaining the different products to me. It was kinda a hike but I will come again! read more

Worst cannabis purchase in 30 years. Flower is always dry and feels expired! "Ground" flower advertised as ready to be rolled has to be painstakingly sifted through to get out the sticks and stems. PRJ ran faster than Usain Bolt. Parking lot is a disaster. Go a block over to Berkshire Roots! You'll be happy that you did read more

Omigosh great spot! Super safe, super helpful staff and the BEST selection! Thank you for being so great with us!

This is "My" Dispensary. I am extremely comfortable having one reliable, on the mark and very comfortable store, on which to rely on, for my recreational and medicinal (Yep!) needs. Baily, Laurie and Nick are 3 of an incredibly "cracker jack" staff! It seems that All dispensaries are kind of sterile, which is actually a plus, though perhaps, not decoratively delightful. What makes this store, "MY" store, is the truly lovely staff, who beautifully combine a welcoming environment with impressive expertise. I am a connoisseur, if you will, and it's so nice to be able to receive accurate information about the product. I trust these people, and THAT'S BIG! The staff , product quality, comparatively digestible cost and a great vibe, is why, out of many dispensaries, I have chosen Bloom Bros. as "mine". These very cool people, are what make the experience complete with great service, nice selection and frankly, a nice little social experience! Consideration and Kindness DO count and these guys get an A+ in my book! The store "Runs Like a Swiss Watch", which is more than I can say about me. :) Nancy T. read more

I've always had a smooth experience here, my partner and I make an afternoon of it going to a locally owned Thai restaurant first. They check your government ID at each step and are very efficient at getting everyone through the process. They're extremely helpful and each employee I've interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. Tons of choice but I recommend checking the website prior to going especially if you're looking for a specific product, sometimes they sell out (like any other retail business). If they don't have a specific item then they will have something similar so no worries there, thanks for a great shopping experience especially since I only recently started learning about the different types and kinds of cannabis. read more

Very nice dispensary. Prices and security measures are on par with other dispensaries I've been to. The staff was nice and very helpful and they had a great selection of cannabis products. What more could you want. read more

I cannot say enough GOOD things about this dispensary. About a year ago I came to this outstanding business and gave them four stars because they did not have a specific, somewhat rare strain I was looking for. I unfairly said their selection was a bit thin because of this. The dispensary owner/manager responded to my first review and explained how their inventory was in fact more polific than the most in the area, and invited me to return so they could try to earn that 5th star. Well, they sure did! Not only did they have an amazing and very diverse inventory, they had two versions of what I wanted this time, AND 8th and ounce quantities of the original strain I was looking for last time. They actually have full spectrum and strain specific edibles. They had a nice and accessibly priced selection of glass, and even had a very cool VW bus stash jar (which I am using)! The bud tender who helped me was a fellow Gen-Xer, and was more knowledgeable than I was, and I have several years of growing/processing experience on the left coast. She was able to give me an accurate assessment of the flower I purchased this time based on her personal experience AND the science analysis from the grower! Plus, she was folksy and seemed to enjoy my company. The bud tender who helped me last time remembered me and took a moment to acknowledge me and chat me up. I really liked this. The prices were more than reasonable, and about 30% less than in my local area. Patronize this business, you'll be glad you did!! read more

1st and last time. I order online, the site was very slow and buggy. It also required a License ID upload when no one else does. There is only like 8 parking spots staff take up 5 of them. When I finally got to the counter they couldn't find my order. Walked out and will never set foot in.. I ended up going to HiBride across from Teo's for the 1st time as well. Lifetime customer at HiBride now.. 4x Parking, 1/10th Wait, 10X customer service. read more

Been coming for maybe a little over two years, I always tell everyone I meet that loves herb to go to Bloom. Best variety and prices. Comfortable parking lot and staff is always rad as well as knowledgeable. I don't really have anything bad to say about Mass dispensaries as I'm from NY and still choose to go to Mass because they just do the process right. No headaches and always sunshine in my pocket. Thanks Bloom and Staff! read more

Professional, efficient, clean. My go-to every time. Staff are friendly and responsive.

The folks working here have consistently been friendly and never weird. I started going there because I usually buy one pre roll and it can take 40 minutes for me to get into Berkshire Roots. I have found their prices good and the products good. Some of the brands they carry are better than others, and Berkshire roots has better consistency with their in-house products. Bloom Brothers has made staying medicated a lot easier with their livhtnwnkng fast pre-order and curbside pickup ( they handle this better than Berkshire Roots). read more

Very positive experience. Not so much about the dealing with them, though, dealing with them couldn't have been easier, quicker, or more pleasant. I was in and out in 4 minutes and both the budtender and I wore masks and I never had to leave my car. So, they got an A for customer service. Also, before placing my order, I had a couple of questions and dropped them a line and got clear answers within minutes. What counts, in my book, is the quality of the product. I had been looking for particular strains for quite some time and Bloom Brothers had them both - Sour Diesel and Durban. So, I ordered them both. This was yesterday, so I haven't tried them both yet, but I did try SD. Every bit as good as its reputation. Was VERY pleased. Uplifting, very happy, and the high was long lasting. I also purchased some tincture, to help with sleep, and it, also, was very effective. Prices are what they are. They're not low, about the same as what I was paying before it all got legal, but now I'm confident that what I'm getting is what they say I'm getting - and it doesn't have additives or pesticides. So, overall, an improvement (compared to the days when I met a guy in a parking lot). Another thing worth writing home about is their selection. It'll take years before I feel that I'll have gone through their offerings, and by then, they'll change, so this may become my newest hobby - going through the BB options. Well worth the visit. read more

Always has a very wide range I of products and low priced options as well. Very friendly. The store is clean and the people love working there. They will gladly talk to you while you're getting your order if you want to change something or if you have a question about some thing. It is by far my favorite place to go but they sometimes run out of what I use. Biggest selection of edibles that I have seen anywhere. And they always even have some low priced flower on sale. For ex. Zour apples for 30 for 1/8th. Which normally goes for 60. So you can find lots of treats there. It is definitely worth the trip. They do not carry their own brand which I think adds to the sheer volume of products that they offer. Wonderful customer service. read more

Friendly, informative, and good bang for your buck! Trying out the hexis and chocolate bar, suggested by the staff. So many options and they helped me narrow the broad selection! read more

Great staff. Great variety greatest prices. Highly recommend Convenience for all very clean

I have made two trips to this location both during Covid. Their hours are solid however their mobile site could use some work but it is effective. That said and without going into detail, during my second trip I brought an unfortunate situation upon myself. As a result the professionalism exhibited and their understanding of "my" misunderstanding proved to be some of the best customer service hands down. Keep up the fine efforts and keeping the customer first at all times. read more
