Local outfit with real people--way friendly than the corporate types at Clear Skies down the road, and cheaper too.

I forgot to bring in change to tip today (I usually do), so I figured I'd do the next best thing. This particular store always has friendly and patient staff (even the person scanning ID), a decent selection, and cheap prices. Wait times are nil and you'll be out the door with your product quickly. I'll continue to stop in and would recommend this to anyone else in Western MA. A lot of the more negative reviews seem to be either 1) very old or 2) concerning the online ordering system, which I have never had an issue with in my visits. read more

The service here is excellent. Knowledgeable staff that very helpful. I had an issue with gummies that I've been purchasing for over a year. The manufacturer obviously had a problem with a certain lot. They were stuck together and near impossible to separate. Silver T were very accommodating in replacing them. The price is a little higher than where I purchased the same product but the convenience and service make it worth it. read more

I have been drive over 30 miles to this stores for the last 4 years. They have the most helpful staff, the absolute best prices for what I buy ( a peculiar brand) and a great ordering system. I am shocked by the reviews but I guess everyone has a different experience. Keep up the great work ST! read more

budtender was the best 10/10 would recommend. I loved her energy. place is a little hard to see with the tree blocking the sign but other than that great!! read more

Would LOVE to say this is the best place -- because their prices and deals are great! However, their unfair policies leave would-be customers in the lurch. They have an "online ordering system", which I've put in quotes because it is the reason for a 1 star review when it should be a 5 star review. But since they are Choosing to run the way they are, it's entirely their fault. The "ordering system" allows you to place orders 24/7 BUT the shop will "cancel" your order if it's after 7:30pm for reasons that aren't entirely understandable or logical. What they SHOULD do to avoid people having their time wasted, is disable the "ordering system" between certain hours when they "aren't accepting orders". That way someone doing a first-time order isn't blindsided with a cancellation and then On Top of that what they ordered is now "sold out" because people who just walked into the shop were able to purchase the product but someone who Thought Ahead and was trying to not have their time wasted gets completely screwed over. There was no offer to find something else. Or no offer to give the same deal with an available product. Which SHOULD have been the case if the business was being run logically. I hope they figure their "system" out soon and don't end up losing a lot of business. I'll certainly be telling people to avoid this place until the right changes are made. read more

What a snoregasm. All of these companies spend money on packaging & marketing & you all hand customers a clipboard with ratty lists on it. Why are your display cases full of rolling papers?! I know what rolling papers look like. It's a hole in the wall--not the dispensary experience I'm looking for. No merchandising and the dudes can barely describe the products read more

Just had an absolutely A+ customer service experience here. Actually, every trip to this dispensary has been great so far. Definitely recommend these guys over the chaos and long lines of the south county stores. read more

Awesome place with incredibly helpful staff. So friendly and the choices are great. Definitely worth a stop.

They remediate and blast with ozone just to pass test results. Buyers beware, they are selling poison.

Very nice. i explained my needs as a pain patient. I wanted to purchase 2 or 3 products but they suggested I try the one they reccomended for my needs. That is amazing. I would have spent much more but they valued my experience Therefore they have built my trust read more

Always reliable and always friendly service at this cannabis shop in the Berkshires. They have a wide range of buds and edibles as well as other products without any of the pretension of some of the fancier shops around. read more

I am glad I waited to review as my first experience was a bit rough around the edges, but not typical of all my other visits. The menu varies with the recent shortage of high end product, but is typically better than average. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's right now in a 3 way tie for my favorite dispensary in the Berkshires. It also, being in Williamstown, is only subject to the state tax, not the BS city tax in North Adams and Pittsfield. I mean you can't blame the other dispensaries for that but it is another advantage of getting things here. read more

No line, no wait. 2 police in the parking lot. Pizza next door, as well as Mexican and a beverage store.

I drove quite a distance to come here and was mildly disappointed. I was carded twice, once at the locked, second door, then again before, but after, the bud tender took my order and rang it up. Apparently I have to be carded again to buy my order, then the long drive home to realize half my $200 weed was so dry I was smoking dust. A small slice of carrot and there was moisture in my bud again, but for the price the product should be rotated for freshness. For an upcoming market, marijuana, this business was drab, incredibly small and as they pulled small packages out of large storage containers on cheap metal shelving, I wondered who was actually in charge of this shoddy store front that could afford 5-6 employees. Once stores open in New York, prices should be more competitive because I spent more on my ounce legally than before, but due to taxes also. Word to the wise, only open one package at a time. read more

Silver Therapeutics - My first receipt from buying legal weed! - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Williamstown, Massachusetts

Excellent customer service and no questions asked if there's an issue with a preorder. Friendly and welcoming place I think of as my second home. Shoutout to Dave for being so amiable and proactive. read more

Weird small store with unfriendly unwelcoming staff. All products being sold here can be found down the street at Clear Sky and all the other cannabis shops for much cheaper. No reason to go here at all. read more

Super nice staff. Very helpful as well. Order online for easier pickup. Reasonable prices!

Very poor experience over all. The product wasn't what was advertised online. The staff were very friendly but ownership seems a little sketchy. I'd recommend Berkshire roots a bit further away. They have always been very helpful to any one I referred! read more

Just got home from Silver Therapeutics. Nice store, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent product. Definitely worth a Saturday or Sunday drive. Donna from Schenectady NY read more

I have visited silver therapeutics four times. I come all the way from Boston on my way to visit family. Giant parking lot, very friendly and helpful staff, And I've never waited more than five minutes although I do tend to be there in the early afternoon when maybe it is quieter. Like all recreational marijuana dispensaries, it is expensive but I like knowing exactly what I am getting read more

Drive quite a ways to get to this place and even made a pre order, when I arrived I was informed that they had sold my order to someone else, after they had confirmed my order and confirmed that it was packed. Rather than remedying I was met with a "my bad" Will not be returning the other local stores are much more reliable read more

Absolutely the best products and customer service hands down. I have been a customer since the begining of 2022. The staff are super friendly, have a positive Happy vibe and are extremely helpful in guiding you to the best possible choice for your needs.. The products are all top shelf and some are over the top. I highly recommend going there if you are looking for satisfaction in persuit off quality meds and a pleasant atmosphere. read more

Fantastic service and nice variety of goods. So civil! You need your driver's license and either cash or a debit card.

GreT service great product. Ordered via website and everything went smoothly. Leave a couple of hours to get order ready.

Great place friendly people highly recommended reasonable pricing staffed well no wait time ur in and out

Staff is very rude. Will not be coming back. Terrible customer service and communicationThey had use wait 25 mins for the order and definitely did it on purposes. read more

This place use to be awesome. Untill they started capping me way under the leagal limit (1oz). Also no 1/8ths over 15% I drive from Vermont because I don't trust black market dealers, but if I wanted swag I would go to them and pay way less. It would seam silver therapeutics is nickel and dimeing there costumers. Other than that that are friendly and helpful. As for as looking for quality product it would seam this place is going downward. read more

Staff are rude and I couldn't get help with my basic needs and felt lost the whole time. I over heard a possible owner talking about leaving early to get high while the place was packed. read more

Not happy with quality of product. In comparison to other local dispensaries! I would rate this place way below.. Possibly the worst.. They use shake in thier pre-rolls and selection is limited. The prices there are far above any and all others. But to be the staff there were friendly professional. And there is usually not wait line. read more

Great place! People are super educated on it and helped me find the best stuff for my epilepsy.
