The service here is excellent. Knowledgeable staff that very helpful. I had an issue with gummies that I've been purchasing for over a year. The manufacturer obviously had a problem with a certain lot. They were stuck together and near impossible to separate. Silver T were very accommodating in replacing them. I forgot to bring in change to tip today (I usually do), so I figured I'd do the next best thing. This particular store always has friendly and patient staff (even the person scanning ID), a decent selection, and cheap prices. Wait times are nil and you'll be out the door with your product quickly. I'll continue to stop in and would recommend this to anyone else in Western MA. A lot of the more negative reviews seem to be either 1) very old or 2) concerning the online ordering system, which I have never had an issue with in my visits. read more

I have been drive over 30 miles to this stores for the last 4 years. They have the most helpful staff, the absolute best prices for what I buy ( a peculiar brand) and a great ordering system. Would LOVE to say this is the best place -- because their prices and deals are great! However, their unfair policies leave would-be customers in the lurch. They have an "online ordering system", which I've put in quotes because it is the reason for a 1 star review when it should be a 5 star review. But since they are Choosing to run the way they are, it's entirely their fault. The "ordering system" allows you to place orders 24/7 BUT the shop will "cancel" your order if it's after 7:30pm for reasons that aren't entirely understandable or logical. What they SHOULD do to avoid people having their time wasted, is disable the "ordering system" between certain hours when they "aren't accepting orders". That way someone doing a first-time order isn't blindsided with a cancellation and then On Top of that what they ordered is now "sold out" because people who just walked into the shop were able to purchase the product but someone who Thought Ahead and was trying to not have their time wasted gets completely screwed over. There was no offer to find something else. Or no offer to give the same deal with an available product. Which SHOULD have been the case if the business was being run logically. I hope they figure their "system" out soon and don't end up losing a lot of business. I'll certainly be telling people to avoid this place until the right changes are made. read more

I am glad I waited to review as my first experience was a bit rough around the edges, but not typical of all my other visits. The menu varies with the recent shortage of high end product, but is typically better than average. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's right now in a 3 way tie for my favorite dispensary in the Berkshires. It also, being in Williamstown, is only subject to the state tax, not the BS city tax in North Adams and Pittsfield. I mean you can't blame the other dispensaries for that but it is another advantage of getting things here. read more

I drove quite a distance to come here and was mildly disappointed. I was carded twice, once at the locked, second door, then again before, but after, the bud tender took my order and rang it up. Apparently I have to be carded again to buy my order, then the long drive home to realize half my $200 weed was so dry I was smoking dust. A small slice of carrot and there was moisture in my bud again, but for the price the product should be rotated for freshness. For an upcoming market, marijuana, this business was drab, incredibly small and as they pulled small packages out of large storage containers on cheap metal shelving, I wondered who was actually in charge of this shoddy store front that could afford 5-6 employees. Once stores open in New York, prices should be more competitive because I spent more on my ounce legally than before, but due to taxes also. Word to the wise, only open one package at a time. read more

Also no 1/8ths over 15% I drive from Vermont because I don't trust black market dealers, but if I wanted swag I would go to them and pay way less.
