I've gone to Temescal Wellness for over a year now and they're always so kind and professional. Even when inevitable technical malfunctions happen with their systems due to internet issues they still deliver A+ customer service. I have never had a bad experience shopping here. I will always continue to choose Temescal for my business. I highly recommend going to this business. Megan was very kind and helpful when helping me fulfill my order. read more

Highly recommend store! Very Fast service. Reasonable prices. Nice, courteous employees.

Went in around 9:15AM Sunday morning on April 6th 2025. Tried using the first menu tablet but it was lagging and auto correcting the brand name I was searching for to something else. Tried another tablet and it did the same thing. Eventually an older, bearded man comes up to me and instructs me on "how to use it". I let him know I just want to search all "Happy Valley" brand products in the search bar. He insists that the correct way to do it is to sort by "category" then select the brand from the side menu.. Yeah that is one way to do it- a less efficient way than just clicking the search bar and typing exactly what I am searching for. I politely, and in just an informative FYI kind of way, tried to let him know that almost every dispensary tablet menu and website menu I've used has an easy to use search function and that is a bit of a more efficient way to do it. I also politely let him know there is a way to turn off the "auto correct" typing function within the tablets settings. Was just trying to impart some friendly information.. but this guy immediately becomes defensive and snarls at me, "Well actually in MY SIX YEARS of experience in this business, it doesn't work like that!" So what he's saying is that in his six years of experience in this business he has never encountered a digital menu with a functioning search bar ? Lol ok. I kind of just laughed it off and said "Ha alright buddy". Then he storms away from me and a younger woman takes his place. She was much friendlier. Honestly, I was so taken aback. I was just trying to impart some friendly advice as someone who is somewhat tech savvy and has been dealing with iPads and tablets for a lot longer than the six years that this "gentleman" has been fumbling with them in the cannabis business. Anyway, I bought two Happy Valley Super Lemon Haze Live Resin carts. Good price but they were very dated, nearly a year old and the oil has begun to oxidize and turn dark. Based on the quality of these carts, the rest of their product selection and the incredibly rude and ignorant older man that was working there Sunday morning, April 6th- I would not return or recommend this spot. To the owner, FYI, if you happen to care at all, a working search bar on your in store tablets is kind of a must. And make sure the "auto correct" feature on each tablets individual settings is turned off. And tell grumpy Gus maybe he needs to sample some of the wares, calm down and not get agitated when a customer gives him some friendly advice. read more

The folks behind the counter are helpful and friendly. My order is always treated with care. Easy in, easy out.

Such a friendly and helpful dispensary. The staff, specifically Jessica, was able to explain their benefits program well and guide me throughout the purchase. Products have also been great! I will definitely be returning read more

If you use a debit card at this facility, you should know that their charge card device is actually an ATM machine which means you may get charged TWICE for using your debit card, once by Temescal for $3.50 and also by your own bank for using another company's ATM machine. They SHOULD tell you that their "credit card charge devise" is really an ATM machine. read more

Temescal Wellness - A little goes a long way - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Best dispensary.very good prices.very friendly staff. I drive an hour just to go to this dispensary

I've been noticing that the prices aren't to friendly for people living on a fixed SS income, and I've even found a Rec place that's even lower in cost "even after the little state tax, and the menu includes top shelf favorites ,, sorry folks but i got to go where I can afford my medicine. read more

The BEST in the Berkshires by far. Everyone of the employees are very knowledgeable about all thing cannabis. One the best managed locations!! TEMESCAL RULES.!. read more

Took a friend who bought some pre-rolls. Harsh as can be and as dry as sawdust. Terrible! I too encountered unfriendly staff. I've not been back. Why should I with better options? I don't love Berkshire Roots but it is a better choice in the area. read more

Always excellent service and a great variety of products. When I injured my back, they were more than helpful with recommendations.

I've been going here for about a year now, and have found the staff to be more than pleasant and knowledgeable ! I've come to realize that what you see online does not necessarily represent their available product, so be sure to ask if you don't see what you're looking for. read more

Had ups and downs here as of late. A lot of stains that brought me here they no longer carry. Too many inconsistencies in strength of products displayed online as compared to what's in your pre order read more

Always excellent customer service and a large selection of products for my every want and need!

These people are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They offer a wide variety and they helped me survive the madness of the pandemic. 10s across the board!! Well worth the trip! read more

The numerous times I have visited the Pittsfield location the staff have gone out of their way to answer questions, provide guidance and assist their customers. I applaud their customer service and product offerings. read more

Buyer beware Do not order online! This place is taking advantage of covid to take advantage of their customers The website offers discounts on various weights right above all the products that are not eligible for the discount Then at the end it gives a total and says discounts will be applied at checkout But when you get there they say there are no discounts for this you can either pay much more for what you ordered or reshop other products for the price you expect. If you're going to have to re order, there is no point in pre ordering anything. Also the security woman has a really bad attitude. I will not be back read more

The best pot shop in all of eastern Massachusetts. Great people, product, and prices. Won't go anywhere else.

The reviews for this place are sooooo inaccurate on here. I drove here from buffalo NY yesterday & I was greeted by a very friendly security guard who checked our ID's & let us in. My friend even had a problem ordering & he took care of it for her right away. The staff inside was extremely nice & friendly. I was cashed out by an African American guy (super cute, don't remember his name ) he was sooooo helpful & friendly. It was worth the drive & I'll definitely be back here. Quality of everything I bought is on point. read more

I love this place ..I'm never disappointed .great strains and prices...as a patient I appreciate you keeping me lifted ...lol Keep that variety coming it's what gives you all a leg up..! read more

I have visited this location many times and had mixed results. The staff is always pleasant, but their level of knowledge and assistance varies. I was just told to buy a different disposable pen than the one I had preordered. I was hesitant at first, but the staff told me it was another 1g pen for less money ($55 instead of $70). I went with the staff's recommendation, got home, and found out the pen is .5G instead of a full gram. I feel ripped off and tricked. read more

I've been going there for about a year because it's convenient. Customer service was always fine until today when when I was "helped" by an older female manager in Pittsfield. I missed a note about a pricing policy when I'd ordered online, so I asked if I could modify my order. She (and another employee) seemed most interested in blaming me for the mistake, obviously didn't want to accommodate me from the outset, said they had very little product left despite the website saying otherwise, then claimed they're not responsible for the website. When I got noticeably annoyed at her stonewalling, she claimed I yelled at her (which is a lie) and told me to take it or leave with nothing. It was like the Bill Burr bit about phone customer service representatives who don't want to help you, so they drag their feet until you get so frustrated you swear at them, then they hang up on you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are better places nearby. read more

Hours on website are not correct. It says open till 8 pm on Saturday. We headed there @ 5:30 pm only to find they are open until 6. Coming from Schenectady it was quite a wasted trip. Plus, we placed an order the next day, but when we arrived they knew nothing about it. read more

The most convenient location for people traveling over the NY state line. Prices are good, and selection has been steadily improving. It started as a medical dispensary, and that is still a large part of their business, but the recreational selection has grown both in quantity and quality. Service is consistently fast and courteous. read more

very rude worker at the front desk on Sunday afternoon at approximately 2 pm, I went inside after a customer who was leaving held the door for me and the young lady at the front desk screamed at me for walking in without showing my id (which I was not aware of that) and wanted me to go back outside to show my id into the camera. I replied to her "I'm already inside, what is the sense of that?" she said under her breath "a**hole" At this point I asked her to repeat what she said but would not. She doesn't belong at the front desk, just no people skills or any amount of class. read more

Close to NY! Prices are about the same as any other dispensary, they provide medical grade as well as recreational grade!

The Herb was prepackaged so it was dry. It smelt like hay because it wasn't treated properly

A repeat NY customer, my order was placed but no text received. There is recorded phone message, so no customer service. Guard said order must have been placed at another location, zero they could do to fulfill it. Headed downtown to another dispensary and was in and out in 20 minutes, walk in service. Gorgeous new place, wonderful customer service. Temescal's loss is Berkshire Roots' gain! read more
