I actually ended up at this Black-woman-owned dispensary on a whim since a friend and I were nearby. I loved how local it was inside with the Springfield skyline painted around the walls. The parking lot is hella confusing, that's just about the only negative. From security to counter service, everyone was friendly and helpful. They had a couple of sales so we went with their 2 3.5/$35! They offer flower, edibles, etc. a little bit of everything for anyone looking. Not sure what the Deli counter was giving but I'd be intrigued to find out. read more

Excellent across the board. Never have a problem with anyone there. Very helpful and friendly! Often have a better deal than the pre-order that I went for originally. Prices are excellent as well. No one can touch the prices for the value. The only thing that I would like to see is a possible drive-through window and to be able to pre-order on say a Friday night before closing for Saturday pick up. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I am a 75 year old senior citizen on Medicare who was recommended by COAST Cannabis Products... to use Six Bricks as the closest dispensary ....which is 1.5 hours from my home in CT... 3 hours round trip.This is my 4th trip. When I came to the store last Sunday...(Mid July).. they told me they were out of stock of Coast Dark Chocolate... (often used for older people with insomnia.) I called the day before ... left a message...and NO ONE HAD THE COURTESY TO RETURN MY PHONE CALL. Each time I have called to see if a product is in stock.... NEVER is a phone call ever returned. On that day...the SIX BRICKS sales person recommended a gummy substitute product..... with the same ratio for sleep. ...made by Pioneer Valley. Based on his recommendation...I purchased $145.00 of the same product. I tried the product that evening and had an upset stomach. I tried again the following night and had the same reaction. I returned on the following Saturday July 19th.... for an exchange of another product. The MANAGER...KYLE.... informed me that he could not accept the return of the product ( $145) because..... "IT WAS DEFECTIVE." A SIX BRICKS EMPLOYEE ...SOLD ME THIS... " DEFECTIVE PRODUCT".... yet they would not exchange the product for something else. Mind you that everything was in the original unopened packaging. THEIR STORE RETURN POLICY STATES ... "2 WEEK RETURN POLICY" It was only one week. The store manager KYLE could only repeat like a puppet... that the store policy is that they could not accept any " DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. They took my money.... but would not make good on exchanging the "defective product" they sold me. I asked him for the State of Massachusetts Cannabis Statute that defines..."DEFECTIVE PRODUCT." He did not know what a Statute was. Clearly this seems a convenient narrative and policy directed by the owner...Payton Shubrick. THERE IS NO SIGNAGE ANYWHERE IN THE STORE..... THAT STATES THAT SIX BRICKS WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON...."DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE." Not only is there no signage... there is no definition of " defective merchandise".....( for the consumers benefit). This definition is incongruous with Webster's dictionary of "defective." This seems clearly to deceive the consumer. Why would Payton sell a product to customers....not expecting to give a refund for.... "BAD product." I have contacted the owners of Pioneer Valley ...referring to the comments made by "Six Brick" about their.... "Defective product." Two miles down the road is another cannabis dispensary.... who had the COAST product in stock..... but at another location. They sent a store employee to travel 30 minutes roundtrip...while I sat there. That is real customer service. The staff went out of their way to be polite, overly helpful and courteous. Took advantage of the long 4/20 weekend to road trip up to Mass and check out what's new in the world of recreational -- and I'm really glad I did. 6 Bricks is exactly the kind of dispensary I love: friendly staff, local knowledge, a great assortment, and budtenders who actually know (and care about) their products, totally grounded. I was helped by the lovely Megan, who totally got what I was after: vapes and edibles strong enough for a high-tolerance stoner. She put together the perfect paper bag of happiness. Disrespectful workers as well as owner do not recommend. Bad location way over priced

I visited my Alma matter with my husband in Springfield. The next morning, I woke up sick with extreme, debilitating nausea. We had to check out, and move on to the Berkshires the same day. I had forgotten my regularly prescribed anti-nausea meds at home, and was struggling to even get out of bed. This dispensary was located less than .5 miles from our hotel. We were able to check in immediately. I asked the bud tenders for a strain that will relieve the nausea, but still allow me to continue with my day. A 9:1 sativa dominant strain with CBD came highly recommended. It was called Energize, and sold as a 1 gram vape for $54 total (about $27 for half a gram, which is a decent price point. In NJ, $54 only gets me .5 gram!) After a few tokes, the nausea disappeared at about 90%. If allowed me to get some food and electrolytes in my system, but at the same time, relaxed me on the 1 hour car ride to Lenox. By the time we arrived, the nausea largely disappeared, and we were able to enjoy our time together in Lenox. This dispensary is clean, quick, and efficient. They have MANY products to choose from. I believe the dispensary is black woman owned, which we absolutely love and prefer to support. Bonus: they separate strains into "woman owned" "black owned" and "locally grown." Hats off to 6 Brick's for my "medicine" and hospitality. This business will certainly go far. read more

I am coming from the Hartford area. The weed sucks where I am and is more than twice the price of weed in MA. I previously was going up to Northampton as you can get lots of $20 to $25 eighth. This time I didn't feel like driving that far up and when looking online Fine Fettle and 6 Bricks and the lowest prices in the Springfield area. I chose 6 bricks because it is locally owned The experience.... easy access off 91 and very easy parking (no stress there). The service... safe and secure environment... vibe just okay The product... OMG what a suggestion Flower was fresh and huge (and in a glass jar, so used to the bags). AMAZING SMELL. Best quality I have had so far. read more
