With every visit service has declined. Walking in, it is apparent they now cater to their recreational business since there is only a small section of registers for medical. From order mistakes to expired products, I have seen it all here..they do have a good selection of products however the menu design can make decisions complicated. I vape and use concentrate. It IS possible to have too much of a selection. It made it difficult to shop and I ended with products I didn't care for. One of the issues being botanical terps, not cannabis terps in one vape which I was unaware of. Yesterdays visit was the second time that I was given the wrong product and did not discover it until after leaving the store. The first time it happened I was told that since I had just left if I could bring it right back they would swap it out for me, however I do not drive so that was not an option at that point in time. Which is what happened yesterday I did not discover the mistake until I was at home already, shame on me for not checking since this was not the first time it's happened. I ordered a Blackjack dablicator and a Drip station dablicator but received 2 Blackjacks. I also asked for the Pineapple Chunk X(other stuff? Lol) live wax. I told him not the big one. He came back to the register with the gram pkg and for ease of transaction I said no worries, I'll take it. Again after the poor service and previous experiences, I blame myself for yesterday. The selection is great, the people are really nice, but I find the prominent tip jars that the counter people bring with them to put in front of you while you're placing your order is a real turn off. Theory needs to do a better job offering eadible discounts. I do not vape of smoke yet week after week they discount those products and the only way you get a minor discount on the Hi5's is if you buy a case which can be well over $100. Also, I resent walking into the dispensory and seeing tip containers on the counter. That's ridiculous! The staff does no more than an attendant in a package store. Does the tipping ever stop??? How about paying the employees what they are worth. Now, that's a novel idea! I use to go to Theory primarily and now it's a last resort. I went here after ordering online for a pickup at the drive-through window. After waiting in the drive through for over 45 minutes (not something I would have expected for a service that supposed to be quick and convenient); I discovered that a glitch in the system had placed one of my orders twice. When I asked the woman at the window if she could remove the duplicate order she insisted it wasn't possible and told me I had to go inside. Have you thought about bagging each order separate so that she could just remove the duplicate bag (still sealed) and adjusted the price? I asked her multiple times if there was anything she or her manager could do because I had just waited in line for an hour, she kept giving me the same answer: "I can't have loose product here." No attempt made to rectify the situation. I went to the front desk and gave the woman my confirmation order. She told me I was in the wrong place and that I should be on drive-up line. No attempt was made to communicate the problem to the staff, so I had to re-explain the situation AGAIN. She sent me inside to the register, who still hadn't been informed about the situation so I had to explain it a THIRD time. Honestly it was the worst customer experience of my life. No attempt was made to rectify the situation ahead of time so that I wouldn't have to spend even MORE time at the establishment. I wasn't given an apology. I wasn't compensated in any sort of way. I've worked customer service and was appalled. I won't be back and I will tell others to go elsewhere. read more

I think there is a reason they ask you not to open your product till you are off their property.. A few times I had gone here and the cartridges were all sticky and leaking.. I had gone back the first time and had to wait outside for maybe 25 min for the manager to come out and tell me it's not sticky when a complete stranger agreed with me. Very disappointing service. Firstly, they are NOT wheelchair accessible. I called first and was assured they were, until we got there and it took three people to lift my grandfather in his chair over the threshold. The selection is fine, though most other dispensaries in the area carry a better selection. The worst part was the bud tender. My grandfather is a stroke survivor and has a hard time speaking. Those of us who spend time with him often can usually understand him but a stranger couldn't. Well, I asked my grandfather which flavor gummies he wanted and he said grape. I asked for grape gummies and was told he had to ask himself. I explained the situation and her response? "Not my problem." So I said okay, forget his order. I'll just place mine. She said "no, you're just ordering for him. You need to leave if he can't figure out how to order for himself." At this point, I was livid. Denying service because of your policy is one thing, but being nasty about it was uncalled for. Especially making it seem like we were just being difficult when my grandfather is clearly disabled. I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager. I said okay great and left. When I called later and asked for a manager, a man picked up and when I explained the situation he said it was my fault and that "stroke victims don't smoke marijuana." I am amazed at the cleaning standards and how professional this company is from door to door. People were cleaning between every transaction, we were regularly barked at to space out 6 feet or more, aggravating, but understood, and you could see people wiping with alcohol/sanitizer between every transaction, all the way to the debit pad. The selection of products here is good. I primarily purchase concentrates and very rarely have they not had anything to buy that is worth it/ good. Unlike a lot of other dispensaries I've been to, this place actually opened the package and showed me the product since I was unsure of the consistency and texture of the wax. Pre orders are always processed fast and even if your order isn't ready you can get in the pre order line and they will put it together, which is another thing this place does that some others refuse to do. All their cashiers are super chill and have always been easy to talk with. The location is convenient as well, even with all the construction in the area they are close to the highway so it makes it easy. There is also a lot of parking for such a small lot. Apparently I was not allowed to quietly talk on the phone, I had to step out of line at one point for literally 30 seconds in order to find service to check my bank account and I was told that I would have to get back in line for the register or fully exit and re-enter.
