There's all sorts of gluten free snacks and dry ingredients, that cost significantly more at other retailers. There's a whole section of honey, and it's a pretty nice variety, with a good amount of it being local. They have several kinds of olive oil, plenty of teas and endless other kitchen staples. They also have clothes and shoes. It's great browsing through this store, and finding something new or something you love at a great deal. They always have security at the door who don't allow any large bags inside. There is no restroom in the store. They should really look into providing customers with a restroom, so they don't have to leave to look for one elsewhere. Deals & Steals is a great place to stock up on organic snacks, cereals, almond flower, and more.

But the two guys working there were amazing! They started Googling and making phone calls, even to their competitors, to try to help me find what I needed. I did manage to buy some papaya purée from them, so the trip wasn't a total loss. I'm a retired guy who spent most of my career in customer service, and I have rarely seen service this good. Wish I could have hired those guys a couple of decades ago!

When I got to the register to check out, I too ended up in a shouting match with him. He was RUDE and ineffective in handling customer complaints which include: 1-Listen attentively 2-Empathize and APOLOGIZE 3-Offer and execute a solution In speaking with a few others, this not the first time for this behavior from him. The staff and employees there still get 5 STARS from me!!!!
