But the two guys working there were amazing! They started Googling and making phone calls, even to their competitors, to try to help me find what I needed. I did manage to buy some papaya purée from them, so the trip wasn't a total loss. I'm a retired guy who spent most of my career in customer service, and I have rarely seen service this good. Wish I could have hired those guys a couple of decades ago!

However, the new guy (owner/manager Miklos) clearly doesn't exemplify the meaning of having a "Better Life". While in the store, I heard him yelling at a customer a couple of aisles over. When I got to the register to check out, I too ended up in a shouting match with him. He was RUDE and ineffective in handling customer complaints which include: 1-Listen attentively 2-Empathize and APOLOGIZE 3-Offer and execute a solution In speaking with a few others, this not the first time for this behavior from him. The staff and employees there still get 5 STARS from me!!!!
