So I immediately went to Birds in Florence on the corner of Main Street and Maple Street right next to A-1 Pizza shop.I met with the owner and he interviewed me about what Brand I was smoking and how many packs per day. He designed an E-cigarette for me based on my specific smoking habits. The system works like a charm and holds a charge for a long time and only takes 2 hours to recharge it. Not all night like the others.It has a large tank to hold lots of fluid so you don't have to fill it up so often. Saves a lot of time and inconvenience.He is not a salesman, He is a consultant who has more knowledge of any E-cigarette company I have ever dealt with and that has been a lot of them. He truly cares that the customers are happy with their purchase and will come back and refer other customers to his store. So if you know someone that smokes and isn't aware of the life threatening Poisson's in regular cigarettes tell them they should just try using the nicotine smokeless E- cigarettes. Absolutely the best shop around…read more My initial impression of this place was not good. It's a video game shop/ Cell phone shop/ Vape shop. But that vape shop part of it... my God. The manager of the shop is the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful of any vape shop employee I've dealt with since I switched from cigarettes. I stood there for a solid half hour BSing with him about all things vape and he was 100% into it, glad to help me with my dumb questions about RDAs. Beyond their fantastic customer service, the selection is mind-blowing. Mech mods, regulated mods, drip tips, RDAs of every size and shape, and "over 200 juices" (He'll encourage you to try every single one, right in the shop). Prices are the best in the area, and you get 10% off everything in the store with a simple "like" on FB. $100 goes a LONG way if you're there just for juice. I haven't found anywhere better than Vaper's Edge yet. If you're looking for a good all around shop with AMAZING prices and a huge selection, look no further. Went in the other day after a cross-country drive where I'd lost my vape. I said I needed a new one…read morethat day. The two staff were super nice and seemed knowledgeable, but once I got home, the vape they sold me does not work without a supplemental battery. The vape they sold me has no internal battery. I could not use it. So, the next day I looked all over town for the 18650 Lithium battery required, but it was not to be found. Then I ordered a pair of them on Amazon, which came two days later, but the battery did not fit. Finally, I just broke down and ordered a cheaper + integrated vape online, plus 18650 batteries for the fancy vape they sold me that I still can't use yet. If those don't work in the Fetch Vape they sold me, I guess I'm s.o.l. THANKS FOR THIS SALE BECOMING A x2 COST NIGHTMARE & I STILL HAVE NO VAPE. Won't be shopping this store again.
