NETA is down the street. Though you don't see the word 'weed' on NETA'S sign, they sell weed. But their 'bowl' selection leaves much to be desired, and that's where THE VAULT comes in. A million bowls to choose from. Metal, woods, glass, plain and fancy, its all here. I haven't had a decent chamber pipe in years, yah they got em. They got BONGS, they got vape products, wait a minute.... this place is a HEAD SHOPPE!! Reminded me of some of the old school places I would visit back in 1978! The dude behind the counter was wearing TIE DIE! Not sure if he'd been smoking a bowl after lunch, but he seemed like a pretty friendly guy and was downright happy to see me! He showed me some gear he thought I might be interested in, I blew sixty bucks, and went home to test my new equipment! Grab some screens while your there and some zigzag orange. Somebody said, " you giving five stars to a head shop?" I replied, " Screw you!! Sometimes a head shop DESERVES five stars!!" THE VAULT!!! Its all magical and $#!T! read more

I went in there. I tried to show the guy a picture of what I was looking for. All of the sudden he turns into A very lame and sad version of Joe Pesci from Goodfellas. I had to walk out. Worst customer service EVER!! read more

I had a very SAD and UNCOMFORTABLE experience in this store this weekend. Whenever I have been visiting Northampton, the vault has always been a store that I stop in. They have always had some pretty cool stuff and good vibes which is why I am sad to say that I will NEVER be returning to this store. I was looking around the store with my mother and there were 3 other people looking around as well. The cashier caught all of our attention by aggressively screaming at a women in the back of the store. After screaming at her, he then shouted "SHUT UP AND GET BACK TO WORK". All of the customers in the store, including myself and my mother were so uncomfortable that we left. I was concerned for the women's safety so I returned and asked the cashier that had been yelling, if he and his employee were alright. He snickered and responded, "Oh that was just my girlfriend". I asked why he was speaking to his girlfriend in that way to which he told me to "Mind my own business". I replied and said that it was a public store although his aggression would not at all be justified in private. He then proceeded to again tell me to "mind my own business" and KICKED ME OUT of the store. While looking through the other reviews here on yelp, I scrolled to the bottom of the screen and discovered that the verbally abusive cashier is named Frank White and he is THE OWNER of The Vault. His name and photograph are at the bottom of the page. I found my entire experience extremely unacceptable and again I will never be returning to The Vault. read more

Rarely, if ever, do you find a store run by a family (mother and son) as warm and hospitable as Yolanda Cruz and her son Adam Hazel. Their staff, likewise, is personable, approachable, and easy to talk to. They make you feel at home. It only fits that the store Yolanda and Adam happen to own/run is as awesome as their characters! The Vault (formerly called Shop Therapy) has you covered for all things help-related, tye-died, bohemian, hilarious (see droll bumper stickers, insouciant magnets, colorful stickers, quotable pins, fabulous posters, etc.), and of the peace/love/happiness vibe! Whether you need a gift for a friend's new baby, or your own -- how cute is a tye-died, itty bitty onesie!!! -- a new filter or flavor for your top-of-the-line vape, a cheerful sundress, or so many other delights to the senses and fashions, The Vault is your store! read more

John just gave me some of the best most efficient customer service I have had in a long time. They got lifelong customer here.

Loud, garish, mass-produced and self-conscious- an "alternative lifestyle" store just edgy enough for rural thirteen year olds. I'm pretty sure this is a Spencer's Gifts in disguise. Avoid, unless you're absolutely sure that dropping stupid amounts of money on plastic crap with Bob Marley's face on it is the best way to stick it to The Man. read more

I went today in order to see if my mom's vape pens were salvageable. Matt was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I will be coming back! :) read more

The Vault is a decent place to go when you are waiting for your online order to arrive in the mail and urgently need something today.

I've been a regular customer of shop therapy ever since they started carrying ruthless ejuice. I have to say, they have been good to me. The prices are a bit high and their stock of vape hardware isn't great. Their saving grace is the customer service. Josh is the guy to see if you need any vape related products, he is by far the best and most knowledgeable guy in the pioneer valley. He has gone above and beyond what's expected of a brick and mortar sales rep. He's super patient and friendly and he knows his stuff when it comes to product. I highly recommend stopping by the shop if your new in the vaping world or a veteran looking to grab something new. read more

Stopped in today for some cigars. There are literally NO cigar shops left, and I drove an hour to get here......just hoping to find a few decent sticks. Upon entering the shop, my first thought was "Oh, great, another Head Shop masquerading as a Cigar Shop." Lots of head shop stuff and vaping stuff. I then asked the man at the register if they had any decent Dominican cigars. He then showed me to the humidor. Admittedly, most of the brands were unfamiliar to me. However, I bought about a dozen sticks, and a Vector torch. I got home and fired up a Psyko Robusto, and WOW! I loved it! I hope that they will expand their cigar inventory, but overall, I was quite happy with my experience here. I will definitely be coming back! read more

This shop is the best! They get new merchandise in all the time so I find new things every time I go in. They play great music, the staff is friendly and helpful. Wide selection of clothing - ranging from clothes I can wear to work to clothes that are more casual. Great place to pick up a gift or to have a laugh while you look at all the novelties. They also sell gift certificates. read more

The sold me a leaky water pipe and wouldn't let me even exchange it. The employee said they don't take returns, but I brought it back the next day after purchasing and he wouldn't replace the defective item. Never will they see a dollar from me again. read more
