I started coming here around a week after they opened, and was skeptical because I enjoyed where I went. After being treated practically like family couldn't resist coming back. Everyone that works there is awesome, very helpful, and great people. They have a ton of amazing juice lines, vapes, water pipes and many other products. This Vape shop is like no other and I refuse to go anywhere else. Everyone is extremely helpful and will help you with whatever you need. Defiantly check it out you won't regret it ! There is a ton of great glass for sale here and tons of awesome heady pieces not some China bull crap read more

Jim Buddy's is my favorite stop for all my smoke needs! I brought my puffco into the shop after buying an atomizer and getting the rainbow light. This is my favorite shop for vapes. They have a wide selection of products with highly competitive prices. The staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I get honest opinions on products and when I say what I am looking for I am always showed a few options and I am confident when I leave that I will enjoy my item. I have been going there since they opened and I would love to see more locations (maybe Westfield:) This is a place I highly recommend shopping in person so you can meet the friendly staff and ask questions but you can shop online as well, but you will be missing out. read more

This is a pretty nice shop, the people working are quick to say hello and assist. All the juice I bought here taste good and don't brown like cheaper brands. They also have glass in the back room, good variety just a tad pricey. read more

The manager of the shop is the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful of any vape shop employee I've dealt with since I switched from cigarettes. I stood there for a solid half hour BSing with him about all things vape and he was 100% into it, glad to help me with my dumb questions about RDAs. Beyond their fantastic customer service, the selection is mind-blowing. Mech mods, regulated mods, drip tips, RDAs of every size and shape, and "over 200 juices" (He'll encourage you to try every single one, right in the shop). Prices are the best in the area, and you get 10% off everything in the store with a simple "like" on FB. $100 goes a LONG way if you're there just for juice. I haven't found anywhere better than Vaper's Edge yet. If you're looking for a good all around shop with AMAZING prices and a huge selection, look no further. Awesome service, very helpful staff including Jim himself was patient and his wife I don't remember her name, altogether great place for glass or vaping needs. On the most important note they are the only shop in Springfield/Chicopee area to carry my Triton Aspire nickel coils for temp control. I was reluctant to buy such an expensive mod but they stay open late and I was able to do some research and still have time to come back and buy it. Premium E juice selection, and wax accessories. Im very new to vaping, called Jim on the phone to see if they had a product in stock. He helped me and reccomended me a few products in my price range. Went into the store and Jim and his wife were awesome! They answered all of my noob questions and showed me a range of products I was interested in and gave me the pros and cons of each.
