The worst customer service I have ever received. Took over three weeks to receive my order that was supposed to take 3-5 days. Tried to reach out to them multiple times during that wait and received one response where they stated my order would ship the next day, I didn't ships for over week after that. They also promised a discount on my future order which they did not follow through with. Still waiting for a response now a month later and nothing. Would avoid this company at all costs. read more

I ordered a bottle from VapeCrafter (it cost me about 20 bucks) and on top of taking forever to ship, it tasted horrible. I can handle that the custom juice didn't turn out as expected, but I at least want a response when I email you. I was really excited to find VapeCrafter but I won't be ordering again. read more

Order took 3 weeks before shipping. When received, they used vegetable oil instead of VG. Buyer beware. Extremely dissatisfied.

This place has a great concept that creative vapers will appreciate: they allow you to custom mix your own e-juice, with all sorts of little details and additions, and the prices are reasonable too. I was looking forward to ordering from them again, but a problem has come up. Their website has been down for a while now, and you can't reach them by phone. I don't know if this is due to government interference (I know the government has been threatening to get more heavy handed in its regulation of vaping businesses) or if they are having other problems. I do hope they can get back to what they were doing - it is fun to custom design your own e-juices! read more

Great company. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended. I ordered flavor base from this company before reading all of the negative reviews online. One 120ml and one 60ml. Took one week to ship my order which is excellent considering the flavors. When I received my order I was disappointed. 2 60ml bottles. I sent a picture of the bottles to customer support making sure I was correct. And if so I'd like it made right. The owner personally responded saying they would be reshipping my full order free of cost. Not only did I receive a full 120, but 2 more 60s of the other flavor as well. Basically they gave me 180ml of flavor base to make it right. Great company. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended. read more

I have ordered from their website a few times. The delivery of the product has always been rather slow, but the selection and quality of the product was above average. The second time I ordered from them the product came in the wrong bottles, but I didn't complain. I placed my 3rd order with them over 2 weeks ago. I received an order confirmation telling me they would notify me when the product shipped. Similar companies do the same thing, and typically ship within a couple of days. So after 2 weeks I sent them an email via their website (because they do not publish a phone number) asking them what the status of my order was, but didn't get a response. So I sent them a 2nd status request, but still no response. I guess I'm going to have to contact my credit card company because of course they charged it before the product was even shipped, and my assumption at this point is that it never will. read more

Terrible Terrible business. Ordered a during labor day weekend (Sept. 7), after seeing no changes on Thursday (Sept. 10) I contacted them nicely but got no response so the follow Saturday I wasn't so nice and told them I wanted a refund and they obviously have no clue how to run a business and that it was in fact a business not a charity and that's when I finally got a response. They lashed into me just as much as what I lashed into them trying to make excuses about being a small business and the juices taking a while to make. That don't excuse their lack of communication. Anyways, they told me they would have it shipped for me Thursday (Sept. 17th). Thursday (Sept. 24th) hit and the item was still not shipped. Me being as angry as anyone else who spent $30 on idiots like them I sent them another message demanding a refund considering I was moving in a week and surly would not get it by then. It is now Tuesday (Sept.29th) Needless to say I will be contacting them one last time not being so nice anymore and if there is no response I will be going to be reporting them for Internet fraud. No more mister nice guy. If I could give it 0/5 stars, believe me I would. I never had this hard of a time getting a package from china. read more
