But I've been to this smoke shop countless amount of times and so have friends and family of mines. I came to New York in a rush to see a family member and once I got here I tried one the them out and it wasn't working therefore I called because I'm still in NY and it's not like a I wanted a refund but just a new one because I was recommended this flavor by the salesperson and I was excited therefore I called the store and the girl told me I had to try it out before leaving the store. I don't blame the guy because not once has someone ever told me that from all the employees there. And I called all my friends and family they have never been told that as well.
