The selection is almost overwhelming but in a good way; there are so many options to choose from for every category of cannabis product. I've yet to find a dispensary who can beat their prices, and the rewards program along with the different daily deals they run saves you even more money. Any issues (very few) I've ever had with product defects have been resolved kindly & promptly. Overall, this is a great dispensary.

He wanted to charge me 60 for 1. No thanks I walked out. And this is after they sold me inferior and mislead product that what's posted on the wall behind counter. The poster shows a Cusco AIO with temp control function, said poster is still up on their wall as of 02/16. They gave me a cheap high supply AIO and told me that it's the same thing, uh, really? If this is the way they are doing business, then all the power to them and more power to customers who accept this kind of business practice. But I won't. I will be looking forward to filling complaints to any and all regulator/licensing agencies in the state for Massachusetts.

Great deals on Happy Valley and Harbor House flower. Prices in general are very fair. And they have the most fair return policy I've ever seen at a dispensary. On top of all that they have a really nice, clean bathroom available for customers.. for whatever reason 90% of dispensaries don't offer bathrooms to customers, but Diem does. When I went, they seemed to have a technical error with their register, but they handled it very professionally and profusely apologized. Staff is well trained for these situations. They make you feel welcomed, like we've known each other forever. They know my order, they know what I like, and they take the stress out of choosing. This is their expertise, and they're damn good at it. I'm horrible with names, but I never forget their faces. Today I finally got a name--Peter helped me. He helps me often, and he's always on point. He knows my order without me saying a word. His vibe, his knowledge, his recommendations... I'm never disappointed with what he picks out for me. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but I remember how they make me feel. That "home neighborhood" feeling when they greet me is real. A few were indica-leaning. None were even sativa-leaning. That's straight up lying to customers. Also, many of their pre-rolls are so loose they're not smokable as joints. I find that many bud tenders completely ignore customers and talk amongst themselves, then treat those customers like we're stupid. Lying to customers about strains has to go against the CCC . When I brought back a joint to let them know that the 5 I bought were all too loose, AND hybrids that weren't even sativa-leaning as claimed, they treated me like garbage, made me wait while they helped other customers, just to respond 'too bad, so sad '. l mentioned that they were misrepresenting the product and the budtender literally yelled "All the joints are hybrid! There's no such thing as all or nothing!!" It was mortifying. She told me nothing I didn't already know. This is why I will never go back to Resinate.
