One of the best dispensaries I've been to. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees . Great selection of products from quality grow operations. Great deals on Happy Valley and Harbor House flower. Prices in general are very fair. And they have the most fair return policy I've ever seen at a dispensary. On top of all that they have a really nice, clean bathroom available for customers.. for whatever reason 90% of dispensaries don't offer bathrooms to customers, but Diem does. Possibly the best dispensary in Massachusetts. read more

Tipping culture in this country is out of control. Lady behind the counter couldn't answer a single question was unfriendly, rushed disconnected & rude . Literally walked 3 feet put 2 items in a bag and expects a 25% tip for a 2minute interaction when she can't even act genuinely nice . Zero tip for her and then she acts even more rude you don't tip them ! Won't be back ! Herb was decent tho . read more

Henry is the man! Helped a lot with my order and was very friendly. Would recommend Diem to anyone in the area

Friendly staff. Good selection. 20% off new customer discount. :) looking forward to trying the treats I bought.

Knowledgeable staff they made great recommendations. I don't know my associates name but she was so nice and friendly and she didn't think I was weird. When I told her I loved her lips. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area. read more

Since the beginning I've been going here and I love it and the staff is amazing. The Weed is good and very good quality

While visiting Worcester my first stop was at Diem! They have a cannabis that smells and taste like brownies!!! The staff was super helpful!!! I feel I received more bang for my buck! However, they need to give a senior discount!!! read more

Weed is great but how can it not be? The reason I'm coming back here is the customer service. Door staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our bud tender, Tyler, was hilarious and helpful. I decided to buy more weed than I was going to because this guy was just great and sold me on an eighth that got me so high I had to take my glasses off so I could see. Kudos! Thanks again T Hamz! read more

Great dispensary! Such friendly and informative staff. They were very patient and polite with answering all of my friends questions. The space itself is clean and well-kept. This dispensary offers a great array of products that should satisfy almost every weed need. Most of their edibles are hybrids and theyre awesome. After trying some different ones with my friends i would say they feel more indica based than sativa. We all enjoyed them but would all have preferred more sativa based edibles so that we didnt get so drowsy from them. Although, i have never had an edible that didnt make me feel at least a tad drowsy. As for the strains and vapes, there was a lovely selection of sativa, indica and hybrid strains. Definitely one of the pricier dispensaries ive been to throughout the US but it seems that MA in general has pretty high tax rates/ fees for marijuana. read more

Diem Cannabis Dispensary Worcester - My friend was a happy first timer. Thanks for answering all of her questions - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

After dealing with being hit by a drunk driver earlier this week, today I was sore and against my better judgement from previous interactions with this place I decide to walk here because it's closer to my house. My son 13 walked with me because I been having trouble breathing when I walk or try to clean or just anything aside from resting. I'm already aware he can't be in this establishment, but he can't stand in the shade near a gate, nowhere near the entrance? That's very dumb, because if he was sitting in my car while I come inside he still on the property. Your prices are already ridiculous, you don't need to make up unreasonable ish to further push your customers away. If I didn't have the issue I have, definitely would've not gave them business when GC around the corner. Prices way cheaper. #ujustlostone read more

They had a great selection of gummies and the place looked so fancy and professional on the inside

This is my go to dispensary in the area. Parking is limited, so you are better going there on off peak hours. I like their selection, their location and the staff is always friendly read more

Out of all the dispensaries we checked out in Massachusetts and this was one of my favorites. Great selection, easy to order online and do pickup, parking lot for parking, and super clean and bright reception area for pickup. Great diversity of product and price point too. The bag they put all your goodies in contains any smells from escaping. read more

First things first, this is my first time here through a recommendation. The space is a very nice open concept and kept extremely clean. It almost gave me like a futuristic vibe for some reason. Secondly, this place has amazing customer service-- like Tyler deserves a huge raise! Tyler made the buying experience all that more enjoyable. He was able to answer all of our questions, and even had suggestions for us amateurs. We're very happy we ended up having him ring us out-- his personality alone definitely made our night! We will absolutely be back!! read more

Dominick was great, informative, fast and friendly! He made sure I knew what I was getting and answered any questions

I love the staff at Diem! Madison, Kevin, Tyler and the whole crew are always helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

My bartender today was Amanda, and I simply cannot say enough glowing things about her! She was INSANELY HELPFUL!! Not only did she notice I was waiting to be helped and welcomed me over with a smile, I had a very particular set of questions, to say I was on a mission is an understatement. She absolutely had 99% of the answers to all of my questions AND if she didn't have the answer she had this awesome research tool she was trained with to find the answers I needed. Amanda didn't pretend to know things she didn't, and I truly appreciate that. She wasn't too proud to be like," Ya know, that is a great question! I'm not sure of the answer, but let me look that up for you, and find the answer!" I also asked about pricing and gram amounts and she had zero issues doing out the math for me in seconds and was super patient and kind to/ with me while I was scrambling to find notes and information I'd researched. Now, with all I've said, you'd think I was there for a while. Nay nay my friends, I was in and out of there, including waiting in line to be carded at the door, in 15 minutes. She was simply the best and made my experience at Diem amazing. I will always go here moving forward. read more

Overpriced. Numerous dispensaries that sell the same quality for less. Very disappointed
