The people here actually know their products and stand behind them. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and they remember their customers. They make you feel welcomed, like we've known each other forever. They know my order, they know what I like, and they take the stress out of choosing. This is their expertise, and they're damn good at it. I'm horrible with names, but I never forget their faces. Today I finally got a name--Peter helped me. He helps me often, and he's always on point. He knows my order without me saying a word. His vibe, his knowledge, his recommendations... I'm never disappointed with what he picks out for me. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but I remember how they make me feel. That "home neighborhood" feeling when they greet me is real. The two lovely ladies who always take care of me are amazing too--one usually wears a baseball hat, and the other has long hair with flair on her lanyard. Tonight, I had the pleasure of having Miss Deanna Paladino assist me. She was extremely professional, kind and helpful.
