I was very happy when The Botanist opened on Pullman St. in Worcester. It's much closer to me than…read moreother dispensaries. I've continued to be delighted with the place. It has plenty of parking (at least until they become a recreational use and medical use dispensary). I saw what inadequate parking space meant at another dispensary where folks have to shuttle between the parking lot and the dispensary. (Inconvenient and time consuming.) The staff is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The Botanist consistently has a wide variety of old favorites and interesting new strains to try. At the risk of suffering a packed parking lot, I highly recommend The Botanist as a superior dispensary for any medical patient in the Worcester area.

Very fast in and out service. Tony showed exemplary customer service. Tony was very knowledgeable…read moreand gave great recommendations. The product was good and the price was decent for a dispensary. I recommend this place over Good Chem and Deim. Only negative is the young lady at the front desk today seemed lost and unsure of how to log people in. Last time I came in she also didn't know anything about the flower or concentrate products. Maybe Tony should train her?

I buy sativa prerolls. Nearly every time I purchase a product that Resinate claims online to be…read more "sativa" or "sativa-hybrid" I see by the label, once I'm home, that they're all just hybrids. A few were indica-leaning. None were even sativa-leaning. That's straight up lying to customers. Also, many of their pre-rolls are so loose they're not smokable as joints. I find that many bud tenders completely ignore customers and talk amongst themselves, then treat those customers like we're stupid. Lying to customers about strains has to go against the CCC . When I brought back a joint to let them know that the 5 I bought were all too loose, AND hybrids that weren't even sativa-leaning as claimed, they treated me like garbage, made me wait while they helped other customers, just to respond 'too bad, so sad '. l mentioned that they were misrepresenting the product and the budtender literally yelled "All the joints are hybrid! There's no such thing as all or nothing!!" It was mortifying. She told me nothing I didn't already know. This is why I will never go back to Resinate. If lying to customers is a CCC violation then I'll be reporting them as well.

Thankfully i came across Dr Caplan and CED clinic who actually called and set up an appt with me after 10pm on a weeknight immediately following my visit to their site on a whim. Not only is Dr Caplan one the most knowledgeable medical marijuana doctors in the field for adults and children (special cases only) he also offers a bevy information including what dispensaries offer deals to new patients and where to go discounts when you renew not to mention courses on growing your own medicine! When i returned on for my first renewal i complained to Dr Caplan that i was exceeding my 10 ounce limit too quickly due to the stringent rules regarding concentrates (5 grams is equal to 28 grams of flower) and he doubled my allotment and since then i havent come close to needing to go out of state or to the gray market to get the medicine i need. Im about to return for my 3rd yr with CED and Dr Caplan, if you need comprehensive care for your med pot needs, there is no one better for the job!
