This is my favorite dispensary. It is very clean and inviting. They always have some sort of food drive, information about certification or pop ups. The staff from the front desk, security and budtenders are amazing. The budtenders a very patient and always take their time to answer my questions or explain products to me. Excellent facility, excellent staff, and excellent products. The building is new, and cleanly designed. Lighting and colors were chosen (imo) in order to emit positive vibes. First time patients will fill out the standard first time paperwork; otherwise check in is quick and easy. (Again, standard.) Once buzzed into the sales room, you'll be met by super-friendly associates eager to help with selections. Products are clearly seen, and listed in multiple spots in the room. Any ongoing sales or discounts will be pointed out by the associate. This review reads easy and straightforward because GG makes the experience such, and it should be. I drive up from the Casino area in CT. Been there a few times now. Always the same experience 5 Stars. People are friendly helpful plenty of ez parking. The Monday Munchee Edible sale has imho THE LOWEST PRICES period. The house brand esp Tropical is my favorite 100 mg $10 show me a better deal! Unfortunately for me I am a long hauler Covid Wise and can't smoke at all. I use Edibles for sleeping purposes and their house brand tastes good does the job and saves me enough money to make it worthwhile. Just wish Mass would up the allotments would definitely buy 20 instead of the 5. read more

let me start by saying the facility is nice, The people who check you in and on the retail floor are very friendly. I also was in and out very quickly but with that being said... I bought two pre-roll five count packs(dog walker) I live an hour away when I got home I noticed that one pack was significantly shorter than the other. I called the location and the Gentlemen I talked to said best course of action would be to send pictures and DM to the profile page on Instagram which I did. Whoever's in charge of their social media got back to me really quickly and told me to call a particular manager(Sam) and make sure I hold onto the receipt. I called but Sam was gone for the day so left my info and somebody else called me back... that person(not Sam)proceeded to ask me that did I have the package because I would have to return the full package for any type of credit he also went on to say that different flowers can be more dense or light and that could contribute to the packaging but it should equal the correct grams and do I have a scale and I should weigh it?! Not to be funny, I haven't had a scale since I started going to dispensaries back in 2014 (Colorado,Las Vegas) Also, I've never come across a pre-roll pack that had this much of a difference in size in all those years. I told him I'll just wait for Sam to call back and send another message on Instagram which I've done and now crickets... No call or DM. I didn't ask for anything free or money back Etc..They told ME to make sure to hang onto my receipt and call this particular manager which I assumed the company was going to make this situation right? I normally don't bother others with my opinions. I've owned businesses and Would at least listen to people. No daily update on website of new products. For handicapped people with cant just ride on over need to know what you have available... Selection was same for 2+ weeks. Putting strains that you don't have up on the board inside, as if they're available but, NO. I don't Understand, even less than Not updating your website.. I hate to sit here and knock your store, so let me Say that the staff is friendly and accommodating. 1 other thing, You Could put a enter sign off of Rt.20. Because it's hard to see the actual entrance as your heading through the lights on the right. Mix up who you do business so you don't have the same strains as the 2 other stores within 20mins or less of you. Especially as a "MEDICAL ONLY Dispensary". Also, Since you're Medical only, why not have discounts for the people who actually when through their Dr. And did it right? New/Renewal CARD carriers discounts? Something like Curealeaf does.
