I purchased 2 disposable vapes (Offbrand - Golden Pineapple) at the Uxbridge store. Both failed in the same manner and started leaking. Caroline's only accepts returns within 48 hrs and would not exchange the defective product. I think that a 48 hour return policy for an occasional user is pretty worthless. I would expect that the store would have at least noted the product and batch number so that the manufacturer could be informed. I will not be returning to Caroline's in the future. read more

Placed an Order online for the uxbridge store and my order went to the other store for some reason, so when they tried to fulfill it they scanned the wrong quantity over the allowed amount and tried to tell me im wrong when i went to pointed it to them and prior to serving me, the cashier went to the product drawer and open a bud container to let the customer(her friend from what it seems)too smell it and chat about it for 5 minutes. Don't spend your time or money there its not worth it, go to the place down the road they're cheaper and friendlier. read more

So it was already bagged up for me. -no matter what the tender went through my order to make sure everything I wanted was there as well as compliments on my choices. -I also always pay with a card. No matter what store I went to they all explained that they have to charge an extra dollar but they give it back. A few weeks ago I tried Caroline's cannabis in Hopedale. They had a blueberry cream badder that I had to try. The store was beautiful an inviting! Just as the other store I was greated with a smile, my order gone through, while commenting my choices, and how the card situation works. I loved it so much I went 2 days later for the same thing! Today I tried Caroline's cannabis in uxbridge. It is a lot closer to me for I figured I'd give them a try. As I exited my vehicle I was told I had to park in a different lot. Cannot park in front of the store! Since I preordered I wasn't going to leave. As I went in the girl at the door did apologize and thanked me for moving. But it's still an inconvenience. The store itself is small, kind of gets tight. The tender at this location did not great me with a smile, she did not go through my order, and she didn't explain how the card works. By the time I left the girl at the door had to tell five different people to park their car in a different lot. Very unfortunate, I was hoping for a much better experience but that wasn't the case. I will not be returning to the uxbridge location. If I do return to Caroline's cannabis I will drive a few more miles and spend a bit more on gas to go to the Hopedale location. *also posted on google a month ago. I think the reopening model needs a lot of work. Online ordering is easy but execution is very poor. I have placed 3 online orders which get accepted then declined long after the business has closed. I also assumed that the time made available when placing an order considers ability to process orders but obviously does not. Today the website will allow you to build a cart but will npt allow it to be processed. I live close to Carolines but as they say, 3 strikes and your out so will be moving on to try somewhere else. suggest you get this act together before you consider opening up another location and continue the disappointment. Also, better comms on what you are experiencing would be very helpful. read more

This place always has great flower. Lots of different strains. I always grab a couple of 1/8's and couple of prerolls. Line moves quick. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's so hard to get into the marijuana business and this company got their foot in the door only to disappoint. Even before Covid-19 this dispensary was sub par and now it's even worse. You can't purchase the full ounce, service is unorganized and slow, and the owner does not take her business serious. They had plenty time to prepare for re-opening and they didn't prepare at all. They decided to just wing it. Pre-orders re not even open on time. I bet you had to have people from yesterday come back today cause you are back logged. If it wasn't for the location, people would never come here. When more stores open up closer, I hope this company can get it together. read more

The bud is ok, you can find better quality almost anywhere. The line does move fast but you are bunched into this SMALL closet of an area which is the entire dispensary. Awful if you have anxiety or social anxiety. I like to look at the products and take my time and ask questions, I'm a paying customer. I also like to be informed. I feel rushed since there's about 15 people behind me in this tiny room waiting for me and when I ask the employees questions they don't seem knowledge and have literally ROLLED their eyes at me and another day huffed! If you don't want my business I'll go to Millis. I did and they have a great selection and are much more patient, knowledgeable, and more space. The only saving grace for Caroline's is the nice security guard outside/the guy checking your ID is usually kind. I don't feel like this place is very secure as the side warehouse door (shared facility) is always open and sketches me out and their back door inside that says employees only. I have also had my flower weigh less than what it should be on 2 occasions and was told it was due to the length of time it was sitting there. Not cool. Visited the store last Friday afternoon (3ish). The line was maybe ten deep, but it moved fairly quickly. When it was my turn, I was welcomed in by friendly security and a door greeter, who seemed very knowledgeable about the products and eager to answer any questions that I had. Then he offers me a restaurant style menu to look at while I waited maybe two minutes max to be served. In no way did I feel rushed by the person helping me. He was very patient and helpful in choosing the right strain for me. The bud is packaged in a black plastic container and this is where it differs greatly from what you can buy on the street. The trichomes are still fully intact!! Beautiful, lovely uncrushed bud that not only smells delicious but feels smooth and sexy. It was a little bit pricier than I was accustomed to, but, overall, I think the bud that Caroline's retails is a better quality than I get in town. I was treated well and see myself going back from time to time. A professional and courteous staff made this a very positive experience. As I planned my visit, I expected to be there for an hour or so, but, from parking the car, to waiting in line, to being served, to getting back in the car was at most ten, fifteen minutes.
