I discovered Capital when I was working for another dispensary in the area. Capital quickly became my go to store. The prices are awesome! The selection is HUGE. Definitely worth the drive I don't work in the area any more and live over 30 min away but I happily make the drive. read more

NGL f y'all, the store manager has one of the worst attitudes ever and if you're going to treat people the way that you treat with screaming them you shouldn't be in any customer service job ever like literally just stay home, I just watched this old bat scream at this young girl over walking up to the counter when nobody was there, like what is you're issue. This is not an isolated incident either, I've seen the older blonde store manager scream at a person before and it's highly unprofessional. I won't be coming back here because that scared me and made me feel weird read more

The rudest woman owns this business. Asked a simple question and she barked at me like she was the " soup natzi" literally left the place on the verge of tears after she told me to never come back. Do not recommend this place. Will never go back. read more

Legit gonna stop sending my friends here. They're prices are hard to beat but the stuff is increasingly becoming more and more unbearable to the point of being straight up rude to their customers. It's getting tiring having to deal with their ego. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with how I was treated during my recent visit. I purchased a Jeter Baby Jeter pack that was supposed to contain five pre-rolls, but when I opened it, there were only two. I went back into the dispensary to let them know about the missing product. I was told that I needed to contact Jeter customer service, so I did. The Jeter representative was on the phone with me for the entire interaction and witnessed everything that happened. They were trying to speak with the manager to get information and figure out how to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and hostile toward both the Jeter representative and me. She was yelling at the Jeter representative and then began yelling at me as well, right in front of the service window where other people could hear the entire interaction. What also stood out to me was the reaction of the employee standing next to her. He looked visibly uncomfortable and seemed to understand that the way she was speaking to both me and the Jeter representative was not right. When I told her that I felt she was being mean, she told me that she was going to ban me from the dispensary. I was extremely uncomfortable and honestly shocked that a simple issue involving a missing product escalated to that level. The Jeter customer service representative was professional throughout the situation and was simply trying to get the information needed to resolve the issue. They were a witness to the entire interaction and told me they would be looking further into the situation. My problem isn't that there was a product mistake -- mistakes happen. My problem is how management chose to handle it. Customers should be able to bring a legitimate concern to management without being yelled at, embarrassed in front of other customers, or threatened with being banned. I hope management takes a serious look at how this interaction was handled, because the way I was treated was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Let me add though the lady who cashed me out was very nice and pleasant and went out of her way to get my product. It's sad you can have a nice team with such horrible and unprofessional management. read more

I've tried giving Capital Cannabis in Uxbridge multiple chances, but unfortunately the owner the middle-aged blonde lady, has been rude to me on several occasions. This last experience genuinely ruined my day. Customer service goes a long way, and being treated with attitude when you're spending your own hard earned money is disappointing and honestly hurtful. Because of this, they've completely lost my business. I would much rather spend my time and money at Caroline's, where customers are actually valued and treated with kindness and respect. The difference in atmosphere and professionalism is night and day read more

Great selection & prices. Incredibly rude & unhelpful customer service by just one employee (heavy set middle aged blonde woman). Every other staff member was GREAT! The rude lady ruined what otherwise would have been a very pleasant visit. read more

Told not to come back because I left a bad review for poor customer service. Disregarded the fact of having poor customer service and only cared about the fact that I said the strain was trash. Only cared about the review not the customer at all read more

The prices are the best in the region. The quality of their products is consistent with everyone else in this region. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Wonderful store! Feels welcoming every time. Usually do online orders, so service is quick. Owner is knowledgeable and super informative. Great prices everyday. Always have best selection, with plenty of product to choose from. And, not for nothing, I really enjoy the fish tanks. :) read more

Horrible experience every time I go once had a cart with mold, once had an issue a cracked id and was told to leave l, menagerie of issues from the employees and owner, when I called to make a very valid complaint against his rude employees I was told to "relax sweetheart". keep the misogyny at capital and take your self over to Caroline's cannabis! Never had an issue there EVER I will gladly give them my money. Capital will never see of my money until some new owners take over and do the place justice because right now it's sad. If I could give 0 stars I would. I go maybe once a year out of 5 times weekly to Caroline's and somehow my yearly trip is ended in horrible service every time. I would recommend this place to literally no one. How they even still are open is beyond my comprehension. Also I went to the store down the street from them and expressed my grievances and the reply was that they hear it all the time. How sad take a look at their already bad reviews and you'll see that visiting is a waste of your time. Worth the 3 minutes it takes to get to Caroline's to actually be treated like a human being read more

Terrible customer service. Multiple rude experiences with cashiers. They offer online pickup with no separate line. If you order online for quick pickup, they will make you wait in line like Disney world. Not receptive to customer feedback. Not afraid to argue with customers. Overall F- experience. read more

I had heard some good things about this place, so I drove 35 minutes to get there, which, for a Rhode Islander, is FAR, lol. I'd gone specifically for a gift certificate, which was stated on their website that they have available. I was also going to buy product for myself. The young man checking people in was awesome--very friendly. However, the young girl at the counter was just miserable. She stared at me dumbly when I asked about a gift certificate, and said "we don't have them, but I told her it said so on the website. I get it that some websites aren't updated as often as they should be, so I figured hey, it's not her fault, right? I then asked a couple of questions because I'd never been to this particular dispensary, and she was dismissive to the point of being rude. Come on, man--it's a DISPENSARY! Be a bit chill, no? As a result, I left without purchasing anything and will never return, nor recommend. I've been to my share of dispensaries but this one didn't pass the vibe check. read more

Order on line pick up at store, quick, easy, lowest cost around, nice people and they know their products.

Prices are in line with every other dispensary, these days. Selection is decent. The service, however, is just terrible and downright rude. Busy or slow, she always seems exasperated, like you ruined her whole day by showing up. I've been going here for a few months, and it's just consistently bad. Going forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Capital Cannabis - Where else can you get a 1G pre roll for these prices?! I'm elated!! - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Douglas, Massachusetts

Everyone who works there is so kind! The prices are affordable! I'm sick of going to dispensaries that price gouge. Also, they love dogs and do so much for the local dog rescue. Plus they gave my pup a GIANT treat on our way out read more

One of the best places to go too, with unbeatable prices, and GREAT quality!! Would rate higher if I could.

Hands down best customer service, and prices! Teresa was very helpful. If you're looking for good dispensary this is the one!

I didn't think the customer service was all that great but I'm actually writing this review because of how terrible the product was. I asked to buy whatever strain was potent and popular, so the girl (who knew very little about anything) grabbed me a strain which I purchased and got to the car. I opened it up excited, only to be more disappointed than ever. it was like hay, looked bad, smelled worse, tasted even more worse and the high gave me anxiety. I can't believe they sold that type of crap weed at a dispensary. but I guess that's what you get when you order weed from a dispensary shaped like a barn-- hay. I regret to have to write this review but i had a terrible experience. read more
