I've been a customer for at least a couple of years. I have mixed feelings on their product because…read morethey do get in things from some of the better growers like Tower Three, but they don't offer medical patient service and their prices are always on the high side. In terms of the shop itself, it's unfortunately basically a clone of most other dispos - almost like there is one decorator/blueprint that most of them use. So differentiating has to be with product and service. On the actual products, it's been very hit or miss with the freshness on purchases, which I've talked to people at the store before about. On service - they, like SO many other dispos, use dutchie for the online storefront and ordering, and I HATE dutchie. It's difficult and inflexible to use (Can I just look for all products from Tower Three? Nope! I have to pick a particular product then start filtering by brand. Can I get super easy access to a brand filter and choose all of my preferred brands at once THEN look at the listings? Nope! It's going to re-paint the screen with each.single.checkbox.I.click). Dutchie leads me back to the service part - I've had tons of problems with their system over the years with different dispos, but on my last 2-3 visits to Botera I've been unexpectedly told there is a problem with their payment system. The last time, I was met at the front by a not friendly person who just said "ATMs down, cash only, there is an ATM inside" and wasn't happy when I mentioned on previous visits I was told about the same problems and that they would be temporary. Look, it's not my problem if Dispo's or Dutchie has issues to hash out with the debit card networks - if your system is down, just announce it with a dismissable banner on your website and maybe even on the front door. Don't make me waste my time coming down there, and no, I'm not going to use a random ATM in a dispo. I really disliked the front receptionist's attitude so I'm taking a break from Botera for a while. My backup suggestion is to go visit High Hopes in Mendon, probably 10 minutes away.

I buy sativa prerolls. Nearly every time I purchase a product that Resinate claims online to be…read more "sativa" or "sativa-hybrid" I see by the label, once I'm home, that they're all just hybrids. A few were indica-leaning. None were even sativa-leaning. That's straight up lying to customers. Also, many of their pre-rolls are so loose they're not smokable as joints. I find that many bud tenders completely ignore customers and talk amongst themselves, then treat those customers like we're stupid. Lying to customers about strains has to go against the CCC . When I brought back a joint to let them know that the 5 I bought were all too loose, AND hybrids that weren't even sativa-leaning as claimed, they treated me like garbage, made me wait while they helped other customers, just to respond 'too bad, so sad '. l mentioned that they were misrepresenting the product and the budtender literally yelled "All the joints are hybrid! There's no such thing as all or nothing!!" It was mortifying. She told me nothing I didn't already know. This is why I will never go back to Resinate. If lying to customers is a CCC violation then I'll be reporting them as well.

When i returned on for my first renewal i complained to Dr Caplan that i was exceeding my 10 ounce limit too quickly due to the stringent rules regarding concentrates (5 grams is equal to 28 grams of flower) and he doubled my allotment and since then i havent come close to needing to go out of state or to the gray market to get the medicine i need. Im about to return for my 3rd yr with CED and Dr Caplan, if you need comprehensive care for your med pot needs, there is no one better for the job!

They really push their own product and I'm not sure why the other is there. I believe both were organic. You can buy their oil with flavoring added to make the product more palatable. What they don't tell you is there is an extra charge to get the flavored variety and they push that as well. Honestly, I did not care for the flavoring. I did not seem to be getting any relief from the product so I went back in, discussed with another employee what I was experiencing and they recommended I try a stronger version. This time I got it without the flavoring and it was preferable to me. It tastes just like any oil, and you use a small amount. With the original 'lower dose' version, I was experiencing an increase in symptoms and thought it was just that the situation was getting worse. With the second 'higher dose' version my symptoms went nuts and I stopped taking the product. The symptoms quickly returned to pre-CBD levels. This was a huge relief after weeks of taking the product. For me this product did not have the desired effect. I can't say if it was this product or CBD in general. This is just my experience. I have not tried another brand. I'll stick with meditation and yoga for now.
