They actually had vape batteries at every price point, including $10 batteries, which was awesome! The owner was very knowledgeable, and showed me the benefits of different items, as well as the cons of them. Honesty is the best policy in my book, and his frankness was very much appreciated! I also asked about CBD oils, which he was equally knowledgeable about. Overall, the knowledge, friendliness and affordability of this shop make it the best one in the area, as far as I'm concerned. There's nothing worse than walking in to a store, and the associate is "busy" playing on their phone, and doesn't even acknowledge you. Thankfully you won't find that here! The device lasted only a week, despite being advertised as 45,000 puffs. He didn't care at all. Instead, he insulted me and acted like I was trying to scam him. I'm 76 years old, a cancer survivor, and a retired businessman -- I wasn't trying to fool anyone. His attitude was offensive. He eventually replaced the vape, but I will never do business there again. If a store can't stand behind the products they sell, then there's no reason for me to shop there. To make matters worse, he took video of me even though I'm disabled and posed no threat whatsoever. Yes, I let him have it verbally, and I told him I would go to the chamber of commerce and file a complaint. If their product is defective, don't expect these people to do the right thing. I've never dealt with a store that refuses to stand behind what they sell in my entire life. I'm absolutely serious. If I dealt with the owner, today, that's not how you treat a customer and to work on his attitude and customer service.

I went back into the dispensary to let them know about the missing product. I was told that I needed to contact Jeter customer service, so I did. The Jeter representative was on the phone with me for the entire interaction and witnessed everything that happened. They were trying to speak with the manager to get information and figure out how to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and hostile toward both the Jeter representative and me. She was yelling at the Jeter representative and then began yelling at me as well, right in front of the service window where other people could hear the entire interaction. What also stood out to me was the reaction of the employee standing next to her. He looked visibly uncomfortable and seemed to understand that the way she was speaking to both me and the Jeter representative was not right. When I told her that I felt she was being mean, she told me that she was going to ban me from the dispensary. I was extremely uncomfortable and honestly shocked that a simple issue involving a missing product escalated to that level. The Jeter customer service representative was professional throughout the situation and was simply trying to get the information needed to resolve the issue. They were a witness to the entire interaction and told me they would be looking further into the situation. My problem isn't that there was a product mistake -- mistakes happen. My problem is how management chose to handle it. Customers should be able to bring a legitimate concern to management without being yelled at, embarrassed in front of other customers, or threatened with being banned. I hope management takes a serious look at how this interaction was handled, because the way I was treated was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Let me add though the lady who cashed me out was very nice and pleasant and went out of her way to get my product. It's sad you can have a nice team with such horrible and unprofessional management.

But then the employee got a little zesty and scoffed "you're gonna turn down free weed?" No Joint Operations, it wasn't free, I paid for it. Simple story short. Go to other shops, DO NOT shop here. If an employee makes a mistake, just make it right for the customer. Simple enough. But to the employee with the backwards hat and the beard... let your boss know that you saved him $35. But you also lost him one frequent customer and a bad review in Yelp.
