He eventually replaced the vape, but I will never do business there again. If a store can't stand behind the products they sell, then there's no reason for me to shop there. To make matters worse, he took video of me even though I'm disabled and posed no threat whatsoever. Yes, I let him have it verbally, and I told him I would go to the chamber of commerce and file a complaint. If their product is defective, don't expect these people to do the right thing. I've never dealt with a store that refuses to stand behind what they sell in my entire life. I'm absolutely serious. She was very helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. You can't ask for anything more than that. The Puffco Peak Pro 3D was $550 at Queens. Not cheap at all. It was $100 more than Puffco was charging on Puffco's website and Puffco gives you the 3DXL chamber instead of the smaller 3D chamber like mine came with. If I want the upgrade it is $100 more now. I don't need it. It works like a champ as it is. General markups for products bought as a dealer are 100% less than their posted prices usually so Queens most likely pays $225 per unit (or less not being an XL) if Puffco sells them for $450. It's just an industry standard on everything dealer related most of the time. And I mean everything you buy. It's crazy. Dealerships and such take advantage of this sometimes. This Puffco was marked up $100+ over dealer pricing and is not a great practice in my opinion. At $550 instead of $450 it squeezes out the people on the fence in the area over buying it and you actually won't sell as many. That's losing a lot of profit. I took a class with this company I worked for taught by a Chinese corp called Less Is More. That's why Shen and Temu thrive like they do. It's business 101. Hey, I bought it though. I'm one of those guys who wants what I want when I want it and I bought it so that's on me I absolutely love it regardless. My opinion on it? As long as it's reliable down the road, it's worth its weight in gold. If Puffco was charging $550 on their site I'd pay it still. It's just a game changer. It literally goes from cold to full temp in like 20 seconds. It's fully customizable through the app with multiple savable settings and it comes in an awesome carrying case with accessories. By the way accessories and parts sold on their site aren't cheap. Take care of your Peak Pro! I'm telling you right now, this isn't a setup you just pull on and walk away till later. It takes a routine every time you use it. You have to keep it clean. Clean it every single time after you're done with it and you need to periodically clean it while you're using it as well. Just don't be lazy! Clean it. It's really expensive. I think if you clean it like I said and you don't drop it or get the base wet at all it should be very reliable. At least I'm hoping. I take very good care of my things so time will most certainly tell. As of now, if you've considered buying one for a while just pull the trigger on it. You won't be disappointed.
