The records were categorized well so it was easy to browse. Most of it wasn't my cup of tea but I did purchase a couple items to support the cause. There's a decent amount of records off the beaten path if that's your thing. I mostly skew towards punk and metal which there wasn't a lot of. But now in my very senior years I have come upon a real treasure with Left Click. I'd been having lots of problems with my PC for the last 4 months and hoping to avoid taking in for repairs, worrying that I wouldn't be able to manage all the re-connections. I finally gave in and called Left Click. I told them of my worries and they said 'we'll pick it up with our courier, fix it, bring it back and set it up All that for a very reasonable price. I couldn't believe my ears. All that worrying over something they made so simple. They took care of the whole project in two days! I'm a new man. What a gift to this community is an outfit like that. For some reason the phone wouldn't work with the new battery; "we're trying to figure it out with Apple." A BCS technician was on the phone a few more minutes, and to my pleasant surprise convinced Apple that this was a product problem not a customer problem - Apple agreed to replace the phone. By noon the next day BCS had received a replacement phone from Apple, and loaded my apps and info onto it. Thank you several Nashua employees for advocating on my behalf.

There have been great employees at BCS and not-so-great ones, but I've always found service and pricing to be fair. Since Vermont does not have an Apple store or a Genius Bar, this is as close as we get! I was shocked to see negative reviews here, it really suggests a need for customer service training. Kindness and helpfulness go a long way to retaining customers. Patrick Brown himself is a very helpful guy, courteous, patient, and a straight-talker. I have bought my last 5 computers from him. On an unrelated note, I updated to Sequoia and the Find tool no longer finds anything. Zip, zilch, nada. This is CRAZY. Also I get a Bookmarks Syncing error message every 10 minutes with a long page of code that means nothing to me. Every day now since Sequoia -- 20 times a day -- It's awful. Wish Apple would admit Sequoia is a dog.

Once that was all done, I had a beautiful mock up and Alva-Jean had a clear vision of what I was going for. And man...those centerpieces were the star of the reception hall...they helped to transform the room! They were a hot commodity at the end of the night ... each of the flowers were built into a bowl that rested on top of the glass vase so that guests literally could take the flowers out of the vase and hit the road! The flowers were delivered on time (and personally by Alva-Jean and her husband). She even took the time to pin the brooch from my mother onto my bouquet.
