I find that many bud tenders completely ignore customers and talk amongst themselves, then treat those customers like we're stupid. Lying to customers about strains has to go against the CCC . When I brought back a joint to let them know that the 5 I bought were all too loose, AND hybrids that weren't even sativa-leaning as claimed, they treated me like garbage, made me wait while they helped other customers, just to respond 'too bad, so sad '. l mentioned that they were misrepresenting the product and the budtender literally yelled "All the joints are hybrid! The selection is almost overwhelming but in a good way; there are so many options to choose from for every category of cannabis product. Sometimes you arrive as a new customer and there's no signage and you have no idea which door or line and it's frustrating but here everything was very clearly marked. Inside, there was paper work to fill out as a new patient but it didn't take long at all. The same woman working that desk was the one who filled the order inside so I'm not sure if it gets slow with a crowd or if more people usually work there.
