Good Chemistry is by far one of the best dispensaries I've ever been to. Before finding them, I was going to other spots where the products just weren't quality. I'd burn through carts in a couple of days, and instead of taking accountability, those dispensaries would blame me or the battery I was using. Then I found Good Chemistry--and I haven't looked back. The people here actually know their products and stand behind them. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and they remember their customers. They make you feel welcomed, like we've known each other forever. They know my order, they know what I like, and they take the stress out of choosing. This is their expertise, and they're damn good at it. I'm horrible with names, but I never forget their faces. Today I finally got a name--Peter helped me. He helps me often, and he's always on point. He knows my order without me saying a word. His vibe, his knowledge, his recommendations... I'm never disappointed with what he picks out for me. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but I remember how they make me feel. That "home neighborhood" feeling when they greet me is real. The two lovely ladies who always take care of me are amazing too--one usually wears a baseball hat, and the other has long hair with flair on her lanyard. I'm new to the west side of Worcester and didn't know where to go for cannabis. When I lived in Hudson I always had Temescal, but dreaded that van pool ride in and out. Upon many searches online, I decided to stop in to Good Chemistry. This is a top notch dispensary. Everything is so pristine and organized. My very first time at a dispensary and it was a really cool experience. I came here with a few great friends. We drove by and there was a small line outside. It wasn't a long wait. There is a security person at the door who will let people in two or three at a time depending on what he is told. When you get inside there is another small line you give them your ID. Then you just wait till your name is called and so forth. The whole process was very quick and organized. Everyone was very polite, friendly and helpful. well, I haven't come here much since the pandemic. the flavors weren't compelling .a lifelong smoker since 1970. blue dream has been rarely available .the quality harshness varied from time to time. Well, I was moseying up north and decided that I would give good chemistry another visit, so I arranged my order with Dutchie. it was approved it was being prepared. I was to pick it up in 20 minutes. I was late when I arrived. The blue dream had been eliminated from my order they sold me out. I don't understand why they would allow an order to be processed if it wasn't available to the customer ordering it .after it had been fulfilled online without notifying This poor sap who's languishing in traffic on route 684 etc. for six hours. Anyway anyway, that's it for me. I went out of my way and literally spent several hours coming from New York because curaleaf my medical dispenser in ny has major shortages and is very undependable. Anyway, I didn't see any of my go to flavors in the menu so I picked a variety to replace the blue dream that I wasn't able to PURVEY.. I won't be going out of my way to go there. I think that was a main dirty trick to pull on somebody you assume that somebody wants some other mystery product of yours. You failed me today miserably. I was in the area and saw they had an item that I've wanted to try on their menu so I stopped by on a Sunday morning. I didn't see anything on the website on how medical versus regular buyers worked so when I arrived and saw the huge line, I got in at the back. There was security near the front but they didn't really patrol the line. After about 15 minutes, someone came over and asked which line it was and was told medical was the line to the right (with no one in it). Nothing marked to tell you where to go so I went up and asked and found out I'd been standing in the wrong line. They really should mark which line to stand in. Inside, it was slow and very hard to hear with the plexiglass, and everyone wearing masks. I'm not entirely sure what the second person who filled my order was saying to me. Music blasting certainly doesn't help with the acoustics in the building. The items were good and prices as expected so no issues there. I might stop in again, especially since I now know where to stand for medical card holders. read more

Denied use of Medical Marijuana Card for not reregistring 5 days before the very clear expiration date 5 days away. Why would I re- register for a card I already paid for and have no intention of getting another one. Therefore charged full price. Also when using the Medical Marijuana card at Good Chemistry, when buying 1 simple pre rolled the price is different nearly every time. And don't use their ATM, it shows up on your bank statement from places I've never been. When asked about this at first they were clueless, when pressed further all I got was " We are not responsible for the ATM". Really? Not responsible for the cash system in your store? I just recently visited Good Chemistry the other day and purchased one of their proprietary strains, 'Novocaine.' The buds were perfectly cured and were absolutely coated with crystals, snd smelled of fresh tropical fruit. Great first impression! Plus, i was in and out within 10 min, with helpfull bud tenders. Went to purchase a single pre-rolled joint today. The cost after taxes was nearly $20.00. The staff and security was nice, but when i got the product home, the quality of the "LSD" strain I purchased REALLY sucked in both effect and the way it was rolled. The cone was rolled loosely, and burned on one side down the length of the joint. Understandably, there aren't any refunds. But for the cost and aggravation of this visit, I'd rather buy the pirate weed than the legal garbage they're selling. ....$200 for a half oz. is highway robbery. I've always, in the several times I've been there, been fine with Good Chemistry. The people are nice. The prices are high end, but coming down. A major problem right now, in MHO, is that although the website shows lots of selection (I am referring to bud), it shows nothing about either cannabinoid concentration, or, beyond a few crude keywords, the subjective effects of each strain. Given that strain names are largely arbitrary, and considering that THC concentrations are not given, and that product is prepackaged and sealed and so not inspectable, that makes it pretty hard to decide what to buy... read more

Just so all the medical card holders know - Good Chemistry will not sell to you after 6:45P but will sell recreational until 10P. I just found this out last night when I had to walk in pouring rain only be told I can only buy from recreational side. Why would I pay the $200 for the medical card to just pay the higher recreational prices + tax. I told girl at desk that this information should be on the website. Also the parking is terrible & there was no security outside which I find an risk issue for a woman coming out of a dispensary. I alway try to visit during less busy hours because I'm a planner like that (found through google) and am always in and out in 5 minutes - unless what causes me to stay longer is discussions with the budtender of what type of flower to buy, and enjoyable chit chat with the diverse and friendly staff. I find all the staff helpful and particularly enjoy being called 'miss' at age 47 (hey, it's the small things). Also, there is ALWAYS security out front, and while parking seems tricky for those unfamiliar with Worcester, there are all sorts of spots around in addition to their small lot. Also you don't have daily specials that I have ever seen. Again the other dispensaries in the area do offer daily or weekly specials. It's obvious that good chemistry wanted to get his foot in the door for adult use under the pretense of being dedicated to the medical patient I get you have to defend your Company but there really is no defense for poor service. The girl budtender I dealt with acted as if I was bothering her by asking one....yes one question and wasnt very helpful, I felt like I was being rushed even though there was only about 2 people in line! I also had to settle for something other than what I wanted because they did not have the first 3 items I asked for even though it shows on their website they had them. The prices on the website are also $5.00 cheaper than what they charge you (cartridge shown on website $65.00 plus taxes but when you purchase it they charge $70.00 plus taxes. Very popular spot for your earthly medications. They asked for your ID three times which seems a little redundant but I respect their efforts. The place was really clean with a great energy.
